Now I feel like shows that are recreating something that was animated or a comic or a video game- are purposely changing the race of a character just to create outrage from racists to gain more traction for the show.
But I like it because it exposes the stupid shit that they obsess over. That black & brown people really keep them at night 😌
Who gives a fuck that Joel’s daughter is black or biracial/mixed? She dies in the first act anyway! 🙄 Cass doesn’t look like her video game character either. And I like how for covert racists it’s “never about race” but it’s all they think about when someone doesn’t look like them are on their screen.
