Well, dang. I guess it is possible after all. I was looking for a way to hide the UI in CAS via some complicated method, but instead found a site which led me to this guide to a ReShade add-on called ShaderToggler 🤩 I haven’t found someone create a TS4 tutorial for this yet so here ya go.

Dynastid - Default eyes for everyone.

As much as I still love my Beetle Eyes v2, as I’ve started to actually play the game more, it bothered me that theyre not as gameplay friendly as I had previously planned. So of course instead I decided to start all over and make a new eyeset in the style of the Beetle Eyes V2, but with gameplay much more in mind with a more maxis match appearance. Including much whiter sclera, slightly larger pupil and catchlight, and some cleaner textures. so if ur more of a maxis mix almost alpha kinda person, you might prefer beetle eyes still!

plushymoth’s [ cake mix ] recolor palette !

finally ! i’ve muddled through and am finally quite happy with how my beloved ‘cake mix’ looks !!  this palette was made for hair, but feel free to use it for whatever cc you want ! you have a wide scope of natural toned hair colors as well as a plethora of unnaturals: a variety of bright, gloomy, and iridescent shades !

‘cake mix’ has been a long time coming ! i’ve always wanted to make my own palette ever since i started doing recolors, but god was it a daunting task.  after a lot of trial and error ( and a version or two ), CM has officially been finished <3 *hopefully*

✧˖° this download will provide gradient files for recoloring and a .s4spalette file 

all you have to do to install the gradient files is to drag them into the gradient window in photoshop ! for the .s4spalette file, just place that into the ‘Palettes” folder in your ‘Sims 4 Studio’ directory

if you don’t have any experience with recoloring, i highly recommend this tutorial by cubersims ( making batch actions saves an IMMENSE amount of time ) ! instead substitute wms actions with cake mix gradients obvs haha

42 naturals and 83 unnaturals- making 125 total swatches in this palette

the natural and unnatural colors are split into two folders for ease of access, especially if you only want to use one or the other.

if you wish to make your own swatch previews, you can grab the hex codes for the swatches from the .s4spalette file !
