Played around with new brushes.

Practice for drawing Dr. Starline. (If I'm to make an animatic with him, Surge, and Kitsunami, I better get started practicing!)

The first one was after memorizing his features, and then staring at a platipus and trying to practice drawing him in what I hoped was more "my style".

Second one was drawing him in his original style based off of his official character sheet in hopes that I "learn" him better.

Third one was an attempt at taking what I just learned and applying it again to my actual style.

Actually coloured it, haha. I tried to give them clothes similar to my own, so if you don't like what the Flopie is wearing, that's really too bad lol!

But it's been literally like, since high school since I've traditionally drawn something and then digitally coloured it. I always sort of liked the look when I did that before. I did it because I didn't have a tablet back then, but I do now, so it was much easier and more effective!

Okay so this is my second picture I had done with marker! I think it came out much better than Suicune.

Do after my tablet died, this was my first attempt at using markers. You can tell with the marker bleeding and smears, I didn't know what order to do it in.
