T: It seemed as if the couple had both began picturing life in this home, somehow suiting them both equally. However, looking at the last place couldn't hurt. And if they didn't like it, they easily had recommendations for friends in the market. At Ashley's comment regarding parties in the bathroom, it took everything in Tyler not to start laughing in front of the realtor as he sucked his lips in, biting down in an attempt not to laugh. Though he couldn't help but wink back at the blonde. "Pretty insane, for sures got everything we asked for and more" he shrugged back, keeping quiet. "Might be the one. Looking at the last place could hurt though."

T: Always the realist, Tyler quickly reminded the actress they in fact still had another location to visit, no matter how much they both were taken by this house. Upon returning indoors, the pair found themselves in the master bedroom, checking out the bathroom. It was pretty extravagant for any place Tyler had ever lived, no matter how much his parents made he had generally been raised with a modest upbringing with values he carried well into adulthood. The mere size was impressive, though if they were buying a home together, he knew it was to be something much grander than usual not only because it was no longer a bachelor pad for him alone, but Ashley had a bit of a taste for the more luxurious in life. At the end of the day, he couldn't deny how nice the place was. And he was starting to envision the possibility of a life there. At Ashley's declaration that she was enamored with the home, he couldn't help the genuine grin across his face. As long as his girl was happy, he was happy. "You could have a damn party in here alone" he chuckled, referring to the bathroom.

T: The second house was probably the furthest from the city of LA, more on the outskirts of the county by the beach. Immediately that was a win for Tyler, plus if some of their friends had managed to move an hour away they could manage it as well now that neither of them was working long term anywhere near downtown. Their first stop was the kitchen, still bigger than his current and a decent size to get Ashley to help out. "As long as there's room for more than a couple people, were good on a kitchen. Just gotta have room for all those dinner parties, you know?" So perhaps he was joining a bit but Tyler did enjoy hosting company so they needed a space large enough to fit people especially in an open kitchen around the food. After checking out the bedrooms, the trio headed for the backyard. Again, this was Tyler's area as Ashley would likely spend her time tanning or in whatever hammock they hung in the back versus his constant urge to be outdoors, rolling around with Dylan. Immediately upon seeing the pool, he glanced over at Ashley with an eyebrow raised in curiosity. It definitely was much more his speed and quite similar to that of his current home. Sure the beach was right down the street but for privacy, the pool couldn't hurt to have. When Ashley declared she was in love with the setting he was a little relieved that she was more so on the same page than he first assumed. "Think I might like it a little more than the last.." he admitted, pulling her in close as he spoke softly against the blondes ear. However he didn't want Ashley to settle for a place that was all him and not enough her.

T: Reaching the back yard, Tyler's demeanor did change some. Being one for the outdoors, specifically one who was probably a fish in a past life, he was suddenly a whole lot more interested in the yard and pool. "Oh yeah, definitely need that" he agreed on the note of the gate around the pool though realistically he knew for now no gates were necessary when his dog would be the only one jumping into the pool voluntarily. He knew what Ashley was doing at the mention of the kids, and it took everything in him not to chuckle and give their charade up. "She'll love it, I think right now she hasn't had much space to just enjoy at the house." Admittedly, his current place lacked a large yard, mostly taken up by the pool and a ton of desert plants. At the realtor's question of having a child, Tyler simply responded with "something like that, yeah" and a sly grin as he looked around and avoided direct eye contact. He debated pushing the narrative and telling the older woman that they had a three and a half year old, as old as Dylan was, but left Ashley to do so if she pleased. Surely the realtor knew who they were right? Apparently not.

T: When they arrived at first house of the day, Tyler was immediately taken with the open layout of the place. At least the downstairs. The more open space, the better as far as Tyler was concerned, even if Ashley somehow managed to fill it upon decorating. However they still had a couple places to go so he kept an open mind. He noted the addition of a fourth bedroom, both of their current homes only had three. What else they would need it for, he had no idea. The kitchen however, did appeal to the man. He knew it would be more his space than Ashley's but perhaps in a kitchen much larger than his current, he'd finally be able to get her to cook more often. Her caught the blonde's smile, simply returning it as they headed for the master bedroom. Of course, the talk quickly turned to the closet which he was the least bit interested. The only space he really needed was for his massive collections of hats and jackets, but Ashley could probably easily fill the larger one and a portion of the smaller closet if he truly gave her the opportunity. The actor peaked into the master bathroom caring more about having their own spaces in there versus the actual bedroom. Ashley was messy, and if anything was going to prove challenging it would be sharing a small bathroom which he was trying to avoid having to do at all costs considering their current living situations. Quickly they found themselves in one of the smaller bedrooms. Of course Tyler's mind went straight to a guest bedroom and an office space for the extra rooms but he soon found out the women had other visions for the room. The blood appeared to drain out of his face at the mention of future children. Were they actually even looking for a forever home? He recovered quick enough for the realtor to miss his reaction, his signature smirk pulling at his lips and brow raised right back at Ashley who was proudly putting on a show for the older woman. "One day, just not quite yet" he nodded in making Ashley's point more believable although his mind at that moment was elsewhere. Babies weren't exactly something they'd had an in depth conversation about, and it was something that needed to be brought up much more seriously sooner rather than later if Ashley's little show was based more in the reality of what she was expecting of their future together.

T: Upon getting to the realtors office, Tyler followed behind Ashley really just letting her take charge to do the talking. He simply shook the older woman's hand, confirming he was in fact who she was expecting before taking a seat. When the couple were handed information on the places they were to look at in a little while, Tyler waited on Ashley to look them over himself before taking a chance to look over things himself. As he too scanned the first image for potential home, it took Tyler a moment to actual come to the realization that they were in fact in the market for a home, together. He and Ashley had different styles when it came to homes so he was genuinely surprised with what the realtor had been able to pull, suiting them both. Even just seeing one of the listings. "Yeah, looks nice. Spacious." He knew they'd be able to renovate anything necessary to their personal taste as had been the case with his last home, he was more so just concerned with the layout and neighborhoods more than anything. In his mind, they were quite searching for a perfect place, it just had to comfortably fit their little family with the pups more than aesthetics that could change upon purchase.

T: "Oh, alright, cool." Tyler's eyes looked down at the blonde, head slightly pulling back as she combed through his hair. "Nah I'm good" he chewed on his lip, slightly nervous though his voice remained calm. In all reality, as far as he was concerned they were practically already living together. So it was only logical. If anything scared him, it was the thought of the future. Expectations of the future, that were sure to come down the line if he didn't mess things up beforehand. "You good with this?" he asked, making sure she was okay with the situation as well.

A: Ashley could tell by Tyler's expression that he was actually quite nervous. Even if he didn't want to fully admit it. Of course, it came as no surprise since Ashley knew of everything he had been through in the past and why he didn't typically get into serious relationships. She had her own demons and insecurities, but the blonde fully believed this was a step in the right direction for both of them. Plus, it made the most sense since they were together just about 24/7 anyway. A wide smile stretched across Ashley's lips as she gazed up towards her boyfriend and gently brushed her lips against his. "Of course I am. I love you and I love being around you. We're already practically living together anyway." A moment later, Ashley pulled away and grabbed Tyler's hand. "But if we don't get a move on it soon, we're going to be late."

T: The six months it had been since New Years, didn't feel like that long at all. In that time, the pair hadn't been working much so they both had spent the majority of the time with one another, back and forth between places. Recently, the conversation of actually moving in together had come up. At first, it just seemed more convenient for one of them to move into the others place but with the amount of work each house had gone through, it almost seemed better to sell both and buy a place together. Typically, those types of domestic plans for the future weren't exactly in Tyler's realm of input, often letting Ashley take care of anything that concerned long term plans. However, in buying a home together, he knew it actually required his input for the sake of his comfort. They'd gone over the basics of what the each of them was looking for, came to mutual agreements on at least that, and the actor had then let Ashley handle dealings with the realtor. He was going through his collection of hats when Ashley called out to see if he was ready, too lazy to do his hair. Finding one appropriate enough for the errand, he came out of the room wallet and keys in hand. "Yeah, yeah, we're going to her office?" Really, he'd let Ashley handle most of it, always the more chill of the pair she was probably more equipped to handle business as it was.
