My 'Valium' screenprint on the cover of Harper's Bazaar Interiors. Introducing the ART Issue, a celebration of stunning homes that have married art and design seamlessly. On the cover is interior designer Miri Najarian Khayat @mirinajariankhayat whimsical, colourful Dubai apartment home to a treasure trove of works by Gustav Likan Cécile Plaisance and Matt Crump, to name a few. “I was never afraid to live in colour,” she says. Also featured is the home of Minister of State, His Excellency Zaki Nusseibeh, filled with a collection of around 400 works garnered over the last half-century. The works take on a new social context, forming a starting point through which to explore the sociopolitical landscapes of the Arab world. Guest-edited by @abudhabiart Fair Director Dyala Nusseibeh, also featured in this issue are highlights from this year’s virtual fair, budding artists to watch, an exclusive interview with curator Maya El Khalil and so much more.
