ben eating a lot lately

[ december 2016 / lunch / at home ] pan fried cream dory with paprika. served with my leftover seafood quinoa paella and french beans.

[ december 2016 / christmas dinner / at home ] levelled up my quinoa paella by adding mussels to the mix and this time i know not to put too much paprika, for my christmas feast, i prepared seafood quinoa paella (realy delicious!) with parmesan crusted baked salmon (yum!) and a side salad of pomelo, feta cheese, walnut and pecan. since it’s a special day, had red wine with it. :-)

[ december 2016 / dinner / at home ] cucumber, pomelo, kiwi and feta cheese salad with truffle mushroom soup. yum.

[ december 2016 / breakfast / at home ] baked salmon with lemon and parsley. served with cauliflower fried rice, fresh pomelo and sambong tea. :-) 

[ december 2016 / dinner / at home ] chicken adobo, cauliflower fried rice and a side salad of romaine lettuce, walnuts, dried cranberries. emmental cheese and balsamsic vinaigrette. i don't know why but i like eating chicken with apple slices.

[ december 2016 / dinner / at home ] it’s my frist time to cook salmon. i followed a recipe online. turned out really good. microwaved salmon with sliced lemon and paresly on top of mexican quinoa, yum yum. 

[ december 2016 / snack / at home ] i asked my helper to give me sliced cucumbers to snack on but she sliced the zucchini instead. so i made zucchini firtters. tadaaaa!!! added some pesto cream cheese on top. :-)

[ december 2016 / dinner / at home ] i made a whole grain wheat rotini pasta with organic pasta sauce. added sautéed shrimps, garlic and onions, sprinkled emmental and parmesan cheese. felt guilty eating pasta so i  just ate a third of it and quickly made a salad. it’s mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, sliced pear, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette and honey truffle.
