Dungeness Crab Mac and Cheese

One of my favorite dishes that I have ever eaten at a restaurant was the Blue Crab Mac and Cheese at my good friend Chef Frank Magana's Picazo Restaurant. Now I am lucky enough to work with Chef Magana, and after enough bitching, he prepaired some of his delectable Mac and Cheese with some Dungeness Crab that he had around the kitchen. Not only that, he posted the recipe on the Alexandria Nicole Cellars website, which means that I can now make it any time that I want to. I haven't had the chance to try it out myself just yet, but I can say that the Crab Mac and Cheese was everything that I remembered it being. Enjoy.
