      𝚠𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚎  𝚓𝚞𝚗𝚘  𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍  like  to  believe  she’s  traveled  to  paris  enough  to  know  some  not-so-touristy  places  ,  she  always  appreciates  margot’s  insight  .  “  well  it  might’ve  taken  a  while  but  you  got  there  !  so  at  least  she  won’t  have  to  worry  anymore  ,  ”  she  lets  out  a  light  laugh  .  “  you  know  where  we  need  to  go  ?  LA  .  i  heard  they’ve  got  one  of  the  best  street  racing  scenes  out  there  ,  ”  she  points  out  with  a  nod  .  “  anyways  !  ”  suddenly  claps  her  hands  .  “  i  did  not  petition  for  a  photobooth  at  this  event  for  it  to  go  to  waste  so  let’s  go  take  some  pictures  !  ”

      “  𝚒’𝚍  𝚕𝚒𝚔𝚎  𝚝𝚘  say  i’m  great  at  time  management  .  and  then  gallagher  came  along  .  ”  which  is  true  .  it’s  hard  to  find  a  balance  when  the  school  is  going  up  in  flames  .  both  literally  and  metaphorically  .  “  i  feel  like  everyone’s  been  saying  that  lately  .  like  i’m  sorry  you  all  thought  we  were  dating  before  ?  but  what’s  up  with  you  ?  any  interesting  plans  for  the  summer  ?  ”

      “  𝚒  𝚊𝚖  ,  𝚢𝚎𝚊𝚑  !  ”  she  nods  enthusiastically  .  it’s  been  one  hell  of  a  year  so  planning  this  party  was  one  of  the  things  juno  looked  forward  to  .  “  what  about  you  ?  are  you  enjoying  the  party  ?  ”

      “  𝚒  𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍  𝚜𝚊𝚢  it  should  mean  that  you  know  more  about  hole-in-the-wall  type  places  .  but  disney  parks  churros  just  hit  different  !  ”  just  because  juno  has  expensive  taste  doesn’t  mean  she  always  prefers  it  .  “  obviously  .  it’s  a  must  !  ”  she  still  hasn’t  told  her  sister  yet  so  sorry  rosie  !  “  i  think  she’ll  be  distracted  by  news  of  us  dating  .  i  hope  ,  ”  she  ponders  .  “  besides  ,  i’ve  always  been  interested  in  the  racing  scene  in  paris  !  ”

      𝚓𝚞𝚗𝚘’𝚜  𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚛  𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚒𝚛  former  relationship  .  sure  she’ll  laugh  at  his  misfortune  ,  but  other  than  that  ,  his  presence  doesn’t  aggravate  her  .  she  hums  ,  making  a  face  .  “  i  doubt  it  .  we’ve  already  survived  two  hellish  years  here  .  three  murders  and  double  agents  .  what’s  two  more  years  ?  ”

      “  𝚝𝚘  𝚋𝚎  𝚏𝚊𝚒𝚛  ,  paris  is  your  home  ,  ”  juno  points  out  with  a  light  laugh  .  and  while  she  does  visit  often  enough  ,  she’s  always  got  a  soft  spot  for  museums  .  and  the  occasional  high  tea  .  but  it’s  all  about  balance  !  “  oh  i’m  so  down  .  the  gang  back  home  have  been  bugging  me  because  they  know  the  school  year’s  ending  ,  ”  she  shakes  her  head  fondly  .  “  but  yeah  ,  we’re  not  gonna  tell  your  mom  .  she  doesn’t  need  to  know  .  ”

      𝚜𝚑𝚎  𝚌𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚔𝚜  𝚑𝚎𝚛  glass  against  margot’s  before  taking  a  sip  .  “  ummm  ,  ”  swirls  the  liquid  in  her  glass  .  “  i  feel  like  there’s  so  much  to  do  .  but  yes  ,  disneyland  paris  is  a  MUST  .  i  kinda  want  to  see  what  new  exhibits  are  up  at  the  louvre  .  high  tea  at  hôtel  de  crillon  .  ”  it’s  things  that  they’d  normally  do  ,  but  juno  likes  that  she  can  do  them  with  margot  as  her  girlfriend  !  “  oh  and  going  back  to  new  york  is  a  must  .  ”

       “  𝚠𝚎𝚕𝚕  𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚝  ,  𝚖𝚢  𝚋𝚊𝚍  !  ”  she  shoots  him  an  apologetic  smile  .  “  we  did  have  A  LOT  going  on  these  past  couple  of  weeks  .  ”  that  whole  double  agent  debacle  .  a  week  of  cancelled  classes  .  finals  .  “  thanks  ,  parker  .  umm  ,  i  wanna  say  after  the  whole  double  agent  stuff  ?  the  weeks  have  all  been  a  blur  to  me  .  ”

       𝚓𝚞𝚗𝚘’𝚜  𝚝𝚊𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐  𝚊  large  sip  of  her  cocktail  before  she’s  met  with  the  sight  of  naomi  .  “  i  swear  this  is  only  my  FOURTH  drink  !  ”  she  reassures  the  older  woman  .  “  and  if  it  makes  you  feel  better  ...  i’m  drinking  water  too  ?  ”

      “  𝚊𝚠𝚠  ,  𝚒’𝚖  𝚜𝚘  𝚝𝚘𝚞𝚌𝚑𝚎𝚍  !  you  came  to  say  goodbye  .  ”  brings  the  glass  up  to  her  lips  to  take  a  sip  .  she  waits  a  moment  before  continuing  .  “  i’m  only  leaving  for  summer  break  .  ”

      “  𝚒𝚝’𝚍  𝚋𝚎  𝚠𝚎𝚒𝚛𝚍  if  we  didn’t  ,  ”  juno  starts  off  ,  a  small  smile  gracing  her  features  .  “  y’know  since  she’s  technically  my  girlfriend  now  .  ”

       𝚜𝚑𝚎  𝚊𝚌𝚌𝚎𝚙𝚝𝚜  𝚝𝚑𝚎  𝚍𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚔  ,  beaming  at  margot  .  “  and  you’re  so  prettyyyyy  ,  ”  juno  gushes  back  .  it  seems  almost  obnoxious  the  way  they  compliment  each  other  .  “  you  look  so  ethereal  .  goddess  vibes  .  i  love  it  .  ”

      “  𝚒  𝚊𝚕𝚠𝚊𝚢𝚜  𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝  thought  you  wanted  him  to  like  you  more  than  you  did  .  which  ,  good  for  you  !  ”  then  again  ,  juno  isn’t  going  to  judge  the  younger  girl  for  dating  a  double  agent  .  seems  like  most  of  the  double  agents  had  romantic  entanglements  of  their  own  .  “  spy  school  only  adds  to  the  main  character  shit  .  i  wonder  if  that’s  how  everyone  thinks  here  .  ”

       “  𝚊𝚗𝚢𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐  𝚐𝚘𝚎𝚜  𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚗  it  comes  to  the  gossip  blog  .  stacy  doesn’t  play  around  .  but  the  blog’s  been  taken  down  so  you  should  be  safe  .  ”  she  starts  making  her  way  to  the  grounds  commons  .  “  i  wouldn’t  say  it’s  weird  !  some  people  work  best  with  ambient  noise  .  i’m  pretty  sure  there’s  even  an  app  where  you  can  listen  to  rain  noises  or  coffee  shop  vibes  .  ”

       “  𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝  𝚊  𝚐𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝  way  to  let  me  know  that  it’s  not  my  problem  .  ”  she  should  probably  be  nicer  and  not  kick  him  while  he’s  down  .  but  isn’t  that  how  their  friendship  works  ?  it’s  fine  !  “  well  if  you’re  sure  then  who  am  i  to  stop  you  ?  just  don’t  come  crying  to  me  if  she  ends  up  throwing  a  throwing  star  at  you  .  ”
