I write to get my mind off things. Have a look if you like, and enjoy your stay (: If you have suggestions for changes, or if you'd like me to think of a little scenario for you, please let me know. Your help and suggestions are greatly appreciated! (:
Hello~ (:
This little something here was very loosely inspired by Jungkook's solo song “Working”. I highly recommend you give it a listen. I tried to capture a part of the track's feeling and talk about it in this scenario. I hope it went okay~
Also I implied that the nameless OC is born in 1997, because as far as I understand, strictly seen, in Korea your friends are only those who are the same age as you and I wanted the both of them to be really comfortable around each other. (I realize this isn't a law. But just bear with me on this one, okay?)
There is a teeny tiny bit of swearing, nothing big, but be aware of this while reading^^
Splash. Silence.
Splash. Silence.
Splash.
It was a chilly evening in autumn, street lamps having to be lit earlier as the days grew shorter. She had aimlessly walked the street along the river bank for a while now. Upon hearing the sound coming from the side, she saw a familiar frame sitting on the flat steps that led down to the water.
She sat next to him, placing her bag pack next to her. With a quick glance and a slight nod, he took note of her presence. He was spinning a flat stone in his hand. They looked onto the stream together.
On the other side people passed by, minding their own undoubtedly more important business. The noise from the street reached them only faintly.
“Bad day?” he asked.
She shrugged. “Always. Yours?”
“Worse. Mom almost kicked me out.”
“Why?”
“The usual.” He threw the stone into the water, where it landed with a splash. “Failed the Math test...failed most tests. She wasn't happy.”
She glanced at him from the corner of her eyes. “Don't forget picking another fight.”
His expression hardened. “How would you know?”
She snorted. “You have a black eye, and may I remind you we visit the same school?”
Seemingly indifferent, he shrugged it off. They continued staring onto the river. The facades reflected on the black water, their edges bending and swaying on the surface.
She hesitated before speaking up again. “What was that fight about?” Her tone was quiet, but she knew he heard.
“He insulted my parents. Provoked me.” He threw another stone, more fiercely this time, causing ripples in the reflection of a shop window.
She only nodded. She had told him before not to listen to them, but she also knew how hard it could be to shut your ears from people's talk.
“Does it hurt?” She looked at him. “The bruise I mean, the words I can imagine”
His smile was crooked. “Not too bad, nurse. Both of them, by the way.”
“Let me see.” she demanded, sounding a lot like a nurse as she turned to face him properly. He didn't move an inch, even when she tugged on his sleeve.
She rolled her eyes and said in a much more bidding voice “I said let me see, you brat”.
“Just because we're the same age doesn't mean you can insult me, too.” His tone was defiant, but he turned to her anyway. She chose not to reply and instead moved closer to inspect the bruise on his face. Her fingertips barely made contact with the discolored skin when he flinched away, hissing.
She raised an eyebrow at him. “I thought it wasn't too bad?”
He scowled. “It isn't, if you don't touch me.”
She turned back to the river bank with a huff. “Fine.”
He bit his lip. Maybe that was too harsh. He let out a sigh and murmured “sorry.”
“It's okay.” she replied with a shrug, “you shouldn't listen to what these jerks say”.
“I know.”
They fell silent for another while., until she asked “How are your parents?”
“Dad's working. As always. Who knows though. I wouldn't know if he just left forever. “ The bitterness in his voice was unmistakable.
“And your mom?”
“Worries. Over dad. Over my brother.”
“..and you.” she finished.
He sighed “she doesn't have to”.
She smiled. “Maybe, but she's your mom.”
“I know.” he simply said.
He didn't seem to want to talk about anymore, so she decided not to press on.
“How about your folks?” He asked, his head now resting on his arms, facing her.
She picked up a small stone, the smoothed edges making it fit nicely into her palm.
“They're fighting. Work. Money. Me. The usual.”
She seemed to mull over her next words, turning the rock in her hand slowly.
“They don't love each other. I wish they would just break up. They don't need to stay together for my sake. I'm not a child anymore.”
She threw the stone into the floods. He remained silent. There wasn't much he could say to something like that. A subject change seemed like the appropriate thing to do.
“I heard you are still a top student.”
She shrugged. “Nah, your sources are exaggerating.”
He still saw the small smile on her face. He knew she was proud of doing well in school. He almost felt sorry for addressing the next subject.
“Are they exaggerating, too when they say these bitches from your class still take your things?”
Her smile fell and she averted her gaze. “Yes.”
He scoffed. “Don't talk shit. I have eyes, too.”
She straightened up with slightly narrowed eyes. “I'll deal with them by myself, Jungkook.”
“I know. You're too stubborn.”
“So are you.” she retorted. He smiled.
She looped one of her arms through his. “We really are two peas in a pot, you and I.”
She rested her head on his shoulder.
He nodded. “Two stubborn peas in a pot full of idiots.”
He smiled at her laughter. Like clockwork, his cheek came to rest against the top of her head.
So they sat, their sides pressed together, quiet, comfortable. The faint smile still on her face, she seemed thoughtful as she followed a bottle in the water with her eyes while it wobbled up and down. It became smaller and smaller, sometimes reflecting light from the street before it vanished in the distance.
He cleared his throat before speaking up again.
“On this note...” He handed her another small stone. It was a bit rough, the surface still warm, as if he had held it in his hand for a while.
He announced the date like a news anchor before looking at her with a grin.
“What's your ranking for today? Hit or shit? On the count of three!”
“One...” he started, looking at her expectantly.
“Two...” she continued.
“THREE!”
People on the other side of the river jumped at two voices yelling “SHIT!” before loud splashes were heard and resonating laughter.
EXTRA: She carefully dabbed a finger across the bruise. “I'll see if I can get you some balm for that black eye”.
He scrunched up his nose and said through gritted teeth “No need, I'm a man after all”.
She leaned away from him, eyebrows raised. “No need for me to kiss it better then, huh? Shame~”.
She watched in amusement how his jaw went slack and his eyes grew comedically round. Almost the same instant his cheeks burned up.
With an airy laugh, she picked up her bag pack and bumped her fist into his shoulder.
“Come on, you real man. I'm dying of hunger here. My treat, by the way”. And with that, she started walking away, along the riverside.
He scrambled after her. “W-wait! Can't you- ”
She laughed. “Too little, too late~”

I've been having a bit of trouble writing - or better, a lack of ideas to even start. I've read over some older things I began typing out and felt less content with every word.
So I wanted to ask any of you would like to send in requests? If you do, feel free to drop a message in my askbox. I'm a bit unsure about whether I'll be able to fulfill requests 100% percent to your wishes, but I'm willing to try!
I'd really like to keep this little blog here going (:
This is for my dear friend Susu (Hoyaholic-HoPanda)! I promised her to write a Hoya scenario for her ages ago, and since her birthday was just a few days ago, I thought at what better time could I think of a little something for her?
Susu, I really hope you like this, even though it's not really what you asked for. I have to admit I have a hard time writing Hoya scenarios^^” But I did my best to make it sweet in a subtle way (:
I thought of making it a surprise who I wrote about, but I guess you would have figured it out in the fourth sentence, so I decided against it^^”
Oh, and the scenario carries this title because of one of the songs I had on loop while writing this. The other was this one. It's rather about the sound of the songs than the lyrics^^
Without further ado, a Hoya scenario for you, I hope you enjoy. (:
You were taking a sip out of your coffee mug when you noticed him steadily watching you from the other side of the table. What was going on?
You blinked at him over the rim of your cup.
You lowered the cup nestled in your hands along with your gaze. The porcelain hit the wooden surface of the table with a soft clunk. Shifting in your seat, you clutched at the cup trying to warm up your nimble fingers. Curse low blood pressure.
You wanted to ask him why he was watching you, but you found that your mouth was just not willing to produce any sounds to break the silence.
It was not that his presence made you nervous, or the lack of conversation. No. You were comfortable like this. What you weren't familiar with was him being focused on you like this, staring at you like he had never properly seen you before. It made you a bit flustered to be honest.
You glimpsed at him through your lashes. He was still looking. Looking and...smiling? Maybe you got fooled by the print on his mask but you could have sworn there was a spark of amusement twinkling in his eyes. Deciding to shrug it off, you averted your gaze, watching the soft steam rising from your cup. It swirled and rose further and further until it vanished without a trace before you could make out any forms.
It was nice to let your thoughts wander a bit as you watched the street outside the coffee shop from your seat right next to the window. It was a chilly day, the air outside cold and crisp, but the sun managed to warm up the people just enough to lure them outside for a stroll or some shopping. You watched them walk by, sometimes in groups, sometimes by themselves, checking their watches and phones for time.
While for you, time seemed to stand still. You finally basked in a moment of peace, breathing in the comforting scent of coffee and cinnamon lingering in the air. Knowing Hoya was just...there. Which was all you really needed to know right now.
“Jagi...” your thoughts were cut off by his voice softly calling out to you. Still a little distracted, you hummed in response and slowly pulled your gaze away from the street to lock with his. He looked at you expectantly. You raised a brow at him when he didn't say anything.
When you didn't react, he lifted his hand into your peripheral, chuckling lightly. It had been laying extended on the table, practically waiting for yours to join. Oh.
With a playful roll of your eyes you placed your hand in his, smiling nonetheless at his cuteness. He let out a sigh, grasping your hand a little tighter and rubbing his thumb over your knuckles affectionately.
You found yourself peering outside again as a group of small children skipped down the street with their kindergarten teacher running to keep everyone together. You smiled as the kids laughed and sang and chatted cheerfully, the faint sound of them even reaching into the coffee shop.
When you turned back to Hoya, he was also glancing through the window as if it was the most interesting thing in the world. Which was strange, because you were almost completely sure you had felt his gaze resting on you again, with that same smile in his eyes from before. Your mind seemed to be playing tricks on you.
Hoya meanwhile held his breath as he watched the children pass by. Had you noticed him? Probably. You knew him too well to not sense when something was off.
He saw you shaking your head lightly and focusing back on the crowds from the corner of his eye. He let out his breath as unsuspiciously as he could. He wasn't sure if he was relieved or disappointed. When he let his gaze glide over you once more, he found himself amazed yet again.
And just like that, his determination was back.
'Come on', he scolded himself, 'get yourself together. Confessing can't be that hard, right?'
He cleared his throat and raised his voice, putting in as much confidence as he could.
Anyways, this is my first Sungyeol scenario on here! OuO *throws confetti* So this one is especially light-hearted, don't let yourself get fooled by the beginning :D
If you know which two series I'm referring to in the following, you'll get one of Woohyun's greasiest hearts thrown at you :3 and we need to be friends if you are in that fandom as well xD
~~~♥~~~
The other endured her anger as she yelled and cried and hit him, pulling her along. Outside the building he pushed her behind the car. He held her in his arms, as if he could hide her from what was going to happen. Seconds later, they winced almost in unison as gunshots went off. Soon enough, deadly silence filled the air. Shaking, the woman tore away from the male, sprinting inside the building, only to find her old friend lying on the ground, all life ripped from his body by a single piece of metal shredded into his chest.
As the woman on TV sobbed helplessly, you felt yourself shiver, the inside of your eyes suddenly burning immensely. Before you could hold them back, tears were running down your cheeks.
A badly concealed sob escaped your quivering lips, making the male beside you turn his gaze to you.
"Yah, yah! Jagi, are you crying!?" He was clearly shocked by you bursting into tears.
"It's nothing!" You sniffled, furiously wiping at your eyes to make the silly tears disappear.
“What do you mean it's nothing?” his voice was raising in volume, indicating he was starting to panic. You didn't blame him though, you normally didn't cry while watching TV. Actually, you weren't one to cry a lot at all.
“Yah! Jagi!” He called out to you again. He seemed totally lost, not knowing if he should try to comfort you or better stay away.
“Stop yelling!” You managed to choke out between two sobs, your own emotions making you loose your head a bit.
“I'm not yelling!” he almost shrieked.
“Then I'm not crying!” You shrieked back.
“Fine!” he shouted, panic still in his voice.
“Yeah fine!” you yelled.
Both of you pouted for a few seconds before Sungyeol groaned.
“Ugh, come here” he said, pulling you into his arms. You sniffled lightly and hid your face against his chest while hugging his torso. The hiccup and the burn in your eyes slowly started to fade away. A few minutes were spent in silence.
“So what's up with you crying about this? It's just an act, you know?” he asked, sounding concerned now. You started to feel dumb.
“I know, I'm not a child.”
“So?”
You hesitated. How could you get the message across without sounding like a freak?
“It's just...I've watched this series since the very beginning, and I got so used to all the characters and understood why they felt what they felt and now everything went wrong and he got killed and...”
Not really knowing where the sentence should go, you stopped halfway. Telling him that you had learned to love and care for the characters in a TV show sounded a bit too crazy to admit. You were pretty sure he didn't understand you, even though you didn't doubt he tried to.
And doing exactly that, Sungyeol had to dig deeper.
“And?”
You looked up at him sternly.
“Yeol, can we not talk about it please?”
“Fine”, he sighed. You rearranged your position to lean against his shoulder as you watched the TV again for a few minutes. Everything started to calm down again.
“You're a weird one” Sungyeol stated out of the blue.
“Why thanks, how sensitive of you” You snorted sarcastically and hit his chest lightly, but still continuing to lean against him.
“Ouch! Hear me out before you hit me!”
“I'm listening. And I didn't really hit you yet.”
Sungyeol rolled his eyes. “What I meant to say is...it's still kind of adorable how you care so much for other people, may they be fictional or real. I can't help but admire that in you. ”
For a second you were at a loss of words. You sat up and stared at him, ignoring the flush in your cheeks. He looked at you confused.
“What?”
“You...you almost make me sound normal” you said flatly.
His face immediately lightened up.
“Oh gosh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to!”, he slapped his hand in front of his mouth as if he had just insulted the Queen herself.
You grinned and slapped his arm playfully. He winced in exaggerated pain while you rolled your eyes.
“You deserved it, you weirdo” you stuck out your tongue at him.
“Says the girl that obsesses over TV shows.” he raised an eyebrow at you.
“That's why we fit so well”, you shot back.
“Fair enough”, he admitted, pulling you to sit next to him again and flinging his arm over your shoulder.
Just as you began to focus on the TV again, you heard his voice, the grin on his face audible in it:
While I personally like my last Sunggyu scenario, I'm not sure about this, but I hope you still enjoy it :3
~~~♥~~~
„Go away!“ you shrieked as you ran through your apartment, half giggling and half squealing as your socks slithered across the wooden floor. Just at the right moment, you threw up your arms to push yourself off the wall and continue rushing down the hallway. Your chaser was merely a few meters behind you, but not quite as good with his reflexes. He awkwardly slid past the frame, playfully threatening: „I'm gonna get you sooner or later!“
Even though you did your best to suppress it, laughter was still slipping past your lips. You loved playing games like this. And Woohyun loved to see you happy, so he always played along. Not to mention he did have his competitive side too, and what sounded more honorable than rescuing a princess? You tried to tell him that this theory didn't make any sense whatsoever, but he wouldn't have any of it.
Trying to catch your breath, you quickly weighed your options: To the left was a bathroom, to the right a bedroom. Going back to where you came from would get you caught instantly. A plan formed in your hand, and with a mischievous smile on your face, you slipped through one of the doors without a sound.
Woohyun on the other hand scrambled into the hallway after hearing your airy laughter disappear. You were out of sight, the hallway empty and doors closed. Still, he grinned to himself. You only had so many options.
He tiptoed towards the bedroom and slowly pushed the door open, ready to dash and wrap you up in his arms if you tried to run. But the room seemed empty – but that didn't have to mean anything so far.
“Jagi~” he cooed, moving carefully on the soft carpet to not drown out any sounds you could make. He paced back and forth like a cat of prey with his eyes squinted and muscles tense, when his gaze fell on the wardrobe right next to the door. A sly grin forming on his face, he approached and laid a hand on the knob, the smooth metal cool against his heated skin. After a second of preparation for what might be to come, he flung the door open with a yank.
“HA!”, Woohyun exclaimed, only to be greeted by a closet full of his and your clothes, sitting neatly on the shelves, but surely not intending to tell him your hiding place. He let out the breath he didn't knew he was holding and hoped you really weren't inside the room, because if you were, there was a 100% chance he could look forward to be made fun of for yelling at piles of clothes. He was still glaring at one of your T-Shirts for being so uncooperative when he heard a soft rustle of fabric behind him. His head jerked around just as you bolted out of the room, the doors of the other closet in the room wide open.
For a second he froze in place for a second, mentally cursing himself for leaving the open, but the sound of your laughter had him racing right after you, the sly grin from before returning to his face.
You couldn't get far from here.
You bubbled over over with laughter as you sped past a dumbfounded Woohyun. However, your victory was short-lived. When you had nearly reached the living room, a pair of strong arms wrapped themselves around your torso before temporarily lifting your feet off the ground. Squeaking, you kicked your legs and tried wiggling out of Woohyun's grip. A few moments of squirming and wrestling later, your feet reunited with the floor, your back still pressed against his chest and both of you panting slightly.
“Got cha”, he stated and pressed a soft kiss to the side of your neck. You could practically feel the smirk in his voice as he tightened his embrace a little bit.
“I'll escape, you know” you tried to hold onto your pride, knowing that you would probably not be able to get out of this situation. Woohyun seemed to know that as he just chuckled.
“I'll come and get you anyway” he stated and pressed another peck to your neck, resting his chin on your shoulder afterward.
You couldn't help but smile at his words, even if he had just meant them playfully. Suddenly, you had an idea. No, an excellent idea. Without thinking twice, you tilted your head and kissed him fully on the lips. Pleasantly surprised, Woohyun loosened his grip on you so you could turn around to be more comfortable. Sensing your chance, you laid a hand on his chest before pulling away a few millimeters and whispering “Then catch me if you can”, the sweetest smile on your face.
And a second later, you had pushed him off you and bolted right out of the room with a triumphant laugh.
Perplex yet again, Woohyun stared after your retreating form with his slips slightly parted, before a low chuckle escaped his lips. Almost automatically his body moved to follow you, determined to capture you – yet again.
He yelled “You can run but you can't hide jagi!”
He grinned widely as he followed you through confines of your apartment, his heart thumping in his chest and his skin prickling.
He found he didn't mind chasing you at all. Hell, he would chase you around the world if if that meant he could keep you and your laugh all to himself.
After a long long time(as always OTL), I have finished another scenario for you guys. It turned out longer than I thought it would, around 1.500 words of me not saying that much :D
Hope you enjoy! (I do not own the picture, who would've thought that?)
„Jagi, come on...“
He pulled you along, your hand in his, your breaths coming out in short pants. His scarf was slowly coming undone, one end dangling off and fluttering behind him as he kept leading the way through the over-crowded airport. Your luggage trailed behind you, the sound of the suitcase's wheels on the tiled floor swallowed by the constant buzz and chatter in the air. Swarms of people streamed past you, some moving in the same direction as you, some in the opposite. You perked up your ears. A lady's voice announced that some flight would be delayed, but it wasn't yours.
You tried to keep up with the fairly quick pace he set. Since when could a grandpa walk this fast?
Maybe since it was practically his fault that you were running late for your flight. You were offered the opportunity to work on a huge project for your company, containing the cooperation with experts on your field from all over the globe. To realize your plans you had to travel overseas for a week to get to know everybody you would be working with. Sunggyu was excited for you and encouraged you to go, even if it meant he couldn't see you during one of his rare weeks off. He even insisted on you staying over the night before your departure, so he could personally bring you to the airport in the morning. The thing was, as you always did when you were with Sunggyu, you slept in late. When you finally woke up with a start, it was already half an hour past the the time you had planned to leave for the airport. And just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, you got stuck in traffic for another half an hour due to heavy snow. Now you had around 15 minutes left to check in and find your gate.
Your train of thoughts was interrupted as your shoes slipped on the polished floor, causing you to almost trip over your own feet.
“Gyu, slow down” you huffed out as you clutched his hand tighter to regain your balance.
He hadn't noticed you almost face-planting the airport floor, so he looked at you, puzzled. “I'm not the one who'll miss his flight.” His voice sounded skeptical.
You rolled your eyes at him. “No, but I won't be much of a help if I break my neck before I even leave the country, don't you think?”
He sighed “fine”. With him by your side, you walked past another chattering group of tourists and finally, your check-in desk came into view. You rushed towards the bored man at the computer and handed him your ticket and passport, Sunggyu politely waiting a step behind. After everything was sorted out, you grabbed his hand again and tugged him along gently. He laced his fingers with yours, lips forming a pout as he followed you. You could feel his gaze resting on you as he started to speak.
“You know, it's weird that I'm the one bringing you to the airport, normally it's the other way around.”
You glanced at him from the corner of your eye, keeping your pace swift but comfortable.
“So how does it feel to be in my shoes?”
He sulked. “I've felt better.” You threw him a sympathetic look, squeezing his hand tightly.
Another turn of a corner later you reached the waiting area. Its facade consisted mostly of large expanses of glass. It must have cleared up while you were rushing through the airport, since the large room was bathed in blazing sunlight . Sunggyu made a sound of discomfort at the sudden brightness, making you giggle and pull him along to one of the seat rows. Pulling off his scarf slowly, he sat down next to you as you hummed contently to yourself. Having reached your destination, all worries and stress seemed to have fallen from your shoulders, in contrast to him, the typical worry wart. He checked his watch, then turned to look at you again.
“Do you have everything you need? Passport, ticket, your cell, the herb drink against nausea?” he asked.
You nodded your head like a good kid. “Yes. Yes. Also Yes. And there's no way in hell I would take that.”
He frowned at you. “I just don't want you to fall sick when I can't come over and take care of you.”
You rested a hand on his cheek, smiling. “I know. And this is very sweet of you. But I'll be fine.”
He sighed in defeat. Suddenly he looked as if he remembered something. He gazed at you, catching his lower lip between his teeth.
“Jagi...?” his voice was hesitant.
“Hmm?” You looked up at his face. He seemed uncertain.
“Do...do you have your necklace?”
Oh, that was it. You couldn't help but smile at his cuteness. You pulled the hand that was still resting on his cheek away to tug off your scarf, revealing the piece of jewelry underneath. It was a simple silver necklace with an infinity symbol as a charm. It was a rather obvious thing to get as a gift since he was after all a member of a group called INFINITE, but still, you knew he wrecked his brain to think of it. Besides, it was really cheesy, and you liked cheesy, especially if it was coming from Sunggyu.
He exhaled in relief. “Good.”
The two of you remained in silence as you sat, waiting for an announcement. Not a minute later, a woman's voice gave notice that all passengers for your flight were now to enter the plane.
Both of you stood, you gathering your things. He watched as you put on his scarf instead of yours without a word. If it was by accident or on purpose, he couldn't tell. He decided not to ask. Your content smile was enough of an answer for him.
“I have to get going.” you said finally. Sunggyu nodded. With a sigh, you wrapped your arms around his torso and buried your face in his jacket. Without another word, his arms encircled your waist, wrapping you up in his warmth. He rested his chin on top of your head, his breath fanned across your hair as he brought a hand up to run through the strands.
“I'll miss you” you mumbled, muffled by the material of his jacket, and tightened the hug.
You knew he was smiling at your words when he squeezed you back, breathing out a soft “I'll miss you, too”.
You pulled away from the embrace, locking your eyes with his for a few seconds. Then you smiled the way he knew you would only smile for him. It always made his heart skip a beat when you looked at him like this.
But the woman's voice interrupted your moment, reminding you that you had only a few minutes left to get on the plane.
You exchanged one last small smile, then started making your way to the flight attendant checking the tickets. Sunggyu kept his gaze on you for as long as he could. You turned around for a brief moment and waved at him. He waved back. Then you turned a corner, and you were gone. His heart clenched. He didn't like seeing you leave like this. He wondered if you thought the same every time he had to go. Also, he felt as if he had missed something really important. Shrugging it off, he turned to head home when he heard your voice, calling out his name.
“Yah, Sunggyu-ah!”
His head whipped around just to see you running towards him, already huffing and puffing a bit, your coat fluttering around you. He felt his brow furrow. Was something wrong? You didn't have your bag with you anymore. He opened his mouth to ask you when you slithered to an halt in front of him. Before he could say a word, you had already grasped his face in both your hands and pressed a deep, yet gentle kiss to his lips. You pulled away a few inches only to come back closer. When you parted, he was flustered beyond repair, trying to get out a coherent sentence – and failing miserably.
“I can't believe I almost forgot this” you grinned, pulled away and straightened his jacket. “I'll see you Gyu” you breathed, and with that, turned on your heel and hurried back to where you came from, not without waving at him one last time.
Sunggyu stood there, feet frozen to the ground, his lips slightly parted.
“Aish, that girl” he muttered to no one in particular as he regained his full consciousness a few seconds later. Still, he couldn't stop a huge grin from forming on his face as he turned to really leave the airport this time.
When he was nearing the exit, he suddenly stopped in his track.
Did you just totally make him the girl in a scene from a chick-flick?
Hey there! I know, I know, what's it with me and all these sleeping/waking up/falling asleep scenarios? I have no idea, I guess I just like this type of thing :D
So here you go, my first (incredibly cheesy) Sunggyu scenario! (:
PS: Does anyone remember where Sunggyu said that he usually doesn't really say things like "I love you"/"I miss you", but if he loved someone, he would tell them he loved them everytime before that person went to bed. That was adorable.
~~♥~~
You came home to find Sunggyu fast asleep on the couch. He hadn't even bothered to change, so you assumed he must have been dead-tired again, faceplanting the couch as soon as he got home.
Poor baby, you thought, didn't even make it to the bed.
As silent as possible, you placed your bag and keys on the dining table before tiptoeing over to your sleeping boyfriend. Sunggyu was laying on his stomach, arm dangling off the edge, fingertips merely touching the soft carpet. His figure rose and fell a bit with every steady breath he took. It was actually a wonder he could even breathe with his face half buried in a pillow.
„Hi Gyu-gee-gee~“ you whispered lovingly, sitting on the edge of the sofa, next to his sleeping form. Your lips automatically curled into a smile as his nose crinkled in an awfully cute way in response. Probably his hair was tickling him, the way caramel-colored locks of incredibly tousled hair fell onto his closed eyelids, creating an even more adorable image.
Magnified by the warmth radiating off his body, you carefully laid your hand on the small of his back. Even through the material of the black dress shirt he was wearing you could feel how tense the muscles underneath were. A worried frown formed on your face, replacing the soft smile from before. You wondered if he had been in pain. It wouldn't have been the first time for Sunggyu to have back aches. Not because of his age, like the members and he himself sometimes stated, but because of the way he was stressing out his muscles during the seemingly endless hours of dance practice, or how he slept in uncomfortable and not to mention highly unhealthy positions whenever he had the opportunity to close his eyes for five minutes.
Automatically, your hand began moving in soothing circles. Trying to ease the tenseness that had built up.
As you let your gaze wander over Sunggyu again, you couldn't help but notice the dark circles under his eyes, the slight furrowing of his brows, his cheekbones being more visible since the last time you had seen him. You shook your head. How many times had you told Sunggyu not to worry so much? But there he was, even frowning and overthinking in his sleep! (and surely not eating properly, either.) You Gyu was such a troublesome guy.
Letting out a heavy sigh, you leaned down and pressed a small kiss to his cheek. Just as you pulled away, Sunggyu fussed and his eyes cracked open the tiniest bit. A small smile appeared on his face as he recognized you.
“Hey you”, he mumbled, his voice heavily affected by sleep.
“Hey”, you said back, rubbing his back affectionately. “I didn't mean to wake you up.”
“It's okay” Sunggyu answered, stifling a yawn as he shifted on the couch a bit. “So how was your day?” he asked.
You shrugged. “It was alright I guess. Tiring though. But not as tiring as yours I suppose.” He quirked an eyebrow at you questioningly.
“You look tired” you sighed, stroking through his hair briefly.
“Well I am tired.” he replied, stifling yet another yawn.
“I can tell”, you smiled, “at least put your hand in front of your mouth, you might accidentally swallow me as a whole.”
Sunggyu's grumbled answer was not clearly audible as he was shifting on the couch again, his face now disappearing in the cushion.
Chuckling, you said “What was that? I didn't quite catch the last part.”
Sunggyu shot you one of his infamous “Wow-you-are-so-immature”-glares, which only made you grin widely in response. Sighing, he just patted the space he had made next to him on the sofa.
“Come cuddle with me?” he asked, an adorable little pout on his face, the sleepiness only making you want to squish his cheeks even more.
“I thought you'd never ask” You quickly got up to grab a blanket from the armchair nearby. You made yourself comfortable next to Sunggyu and threw it over the two of you. As soon as you came in touch with him, you wrapped an arm around his torso and buried your face in the crook of his neck, inhaling the familiar scent. Chuckling at your sudden display of affection, Sunggyu wrapped an arm around your waist, securely pulling you closer to his warm body as he tangled his legs with yours. You couldn't help but smile contently against his skin.
You didn't know how much time had passed while the two of you just laid there, just enjoying the presence of the other. Steady breathing and soft hums of appreciation were the only sounds audible. Before you knew it, you had grown tired, your eyelids getting heavier and heavier by the minute. In your drowsy state between being awake and falling asleep, you felt Sunggyu shift, and a few seconds later, a gentle kiss was placed on the top of your head. The last thing you heard before you drifted off to sleep was Sungyyu's voice, saying the words he would always say before you fell asleep.
“Hey, sleepy head~“ a voice soft as silk woke you from your slumber, the sheets enwrapping you shuffling a bit.
You kept your eyes closed, but smiled slightly. It was one of these perfect mornings when you woke up next to your boyfriend, feeling like life couldn't get any better.
But sleeping for a bit longer did seem like a good idea to you.
“No Woohyun” you mumbled, too content with your current state between the blankets of your comfy bed.
The arm around your waist tightened a bit as you heard him chuckle.
“Come on, jagiya~” he cooed, “wake up~”
“Hmm, I don't want to~” you whined, burying your head deeper in your pillow, breathing in the clean, comforting smell of fabric softener.
Woohyun on the other hand snuggled closer to you, nuzzling the back of your neck, his warm hand stroking over your belly.
“Honey~” he pressed a small kiss to your neck. “wake..” another one, “up~” he pecked your shoulder that was revealed by the tank top you wore to sleep since it had gotten warmer again.
“Or...” Woohyun rested his chin on your shoulder briefly.
“Or what?"
“I'll have to tell you how amazingly wonderful you are”, he kissed your cheek quickly.
Opening your eyes the tiniest bit, you groaned. “Oh can you not, it's like eight in the morning, I'm not ready for your grease yet.”
You could practically feel his smirk and his amused gaze resting on you.
“Then get up.”
“Neverrr~” you smiled deviously to yourself, getting a bit more comfortable just to bug him. This wasn't about getting to sleep another five minutes anymore, you just wanted to get your way. Someone had to teach him some manners in the end.
Woohyun propped himself up on his elbow and began stroking your bare upper arm softly.
“Fine, you want it that way.” He cleared his throat like he was about to explain the meaning of life.
“...I think you're amazing. I like how messy you look in the morning with your hair all disheveled. It's adorable how you are grumpy when it's early, but you get all happy when you get to cuddle for a bit longer. It's nerve-wracking how you never want to get up, but still you are the most gorgeous person in the world for me. I mean, how can someone look this beautiful after rolling around in bed all night, stealing my covers, kicking me at least twice, and did I hear a snore around midnight?”
“Will you shut up?” you said loudly, turning around to face him while trying to wipe the involuntary grin off your face. Woohyun saw it anyway.
“Never.” He smirked at you and quickly leaned down to peck your lips.
“Also, I win, you're awake now.”
You rolled your eyes and smiled.
“You're such a child.”

„I really hate you, Cho Kyuhyun!“, you exclaimed, gripping at his shirt, your breathing heavy. You feigned your best pout.
The center of your childish hatred smirked down at you evilly.
„I know you're lying~“ he cooed. His fingers danced down from your temple to graze your cheek ever so slightly, the mischievous grin never leaving his face. You tried to push him off, which only made him press his body flush against yours. Bad idea. You immediately felt the urge to resist him shrink into nothing. At least you didn't embarrass yourself by blushing crimson red. Oh wait.
„Uh-uh, you're not going anywhere, missy.“, Kyuhyun watched in mild amusement how you writhed under him.
„Yah, let me go, you pervert!“ You didn't like how it came out more as a whine than a command. Damn him and the effect his horribly handsome face had on you. Kyuhyun's smirk only grew wider. His hands had slid down your side(When did this happen?) and were now pushing the hem of your loose shirt upwards slightly, just enough to caress the skin underneath.
„I'll let you go if you tell me that you love me. Deal?“ He smiled at you charmingly. You shook your head, mouthing the words „No way!“.
„Then I have to punish you“, he growled, pinning your arms to the top of the couch again. You gulped. Woah, that sounded way too sexy. His free hand was slowly skimming down your sides over your thighs, and back up again. He repeated the motion over and over again. He was barely touching you, but he knew exactly that this would drive you wild.
Your breath got stuck in your throat, your eyes squeezed shut automatically while you tried to fight the urge to squeal and giggle by biting down hard on the inside of your cheeks. Kyuhyun knew your weak spots far too well. You writhed under him, but he was strong enough to keep you down effortlessly. Your back arched towards him as you let out an involuntary whine.
„Okay, okay! I'll say it!“squeaked, admitting defeat. He stopped his actions, but his hands were still on your hips, in case you tried to cheat. Again, he knew you far too well.
Still breathing heavily, you said: „I don't hate you, I don't even dislike you. Actually, it might be possible that I kinda like you.“ The last few words were muttered reluctantly more than spoken.
“Not enough”, he whispered, his eyes darkening as they bored into yours. He attempted to tickle you again.
“FINE!”, you nearly yelled, gripping the collar of his shirt tightly and pulling him closer until your noses were almost touching.
“I love you, Cho Kyuhyun!” you whispered angrily. “One could even say that I'm all in for you, or head over heels in love or that I've lost my heart to you or...”
Your eyes widened as Kyuhyun smashed his lips against yours without a warning, shutting you up immediately. His lips felt warm and soft on yours, so you couldn't help but kiss him back, eyelids fluttering shut. You noticed that your hands were free as both of his pulled your waist closer to him, his fingers burning on your cool skin. He groaned lowly onto your lips at the contact. Your fingers entangled in the hair on the back of his head. You tugged at his locks and let out a soft yelp when he nipped your bottom lip. After he pulled away, he still hovered over you, caging you in with his arms now on each side of your head. You gently stroked the back of his neck as you both panted slightly.
As soon as your heartbeat had stabilised itself again, you spoke up:
“Hey, didn't you say you'd let me go if I admitted my undying love for you? ”
He smirked at you. “I lied. I don't even think of letting you go anytime soon.”
You grinned up at him. “Looks like I have to punish you then”, you muttered before pulling him down for another passionate kiss.
I haven't been on here for sooo long. :O I feel bad xP
Yup, so here you go, another OnewxYou oneshot.^^ If you don't want to know about "your" weird dreams, just ignore the part in italics and go straight to the fluff :D
"Onew was still in a deep sleep, one arm wrapped around your waist, holding you safe. He never seemed to bother about alarm clocks at all, they just didn't wake him. Maybe he was too used to Key's nagging to always react to every annoying noise he heard. (A/N: I never said that! Saranghae Kibummie! <33)"
You were walking through a park alone. It was a cold day in fall, leaves in all different colors were floating through the air like feathers. The last rays of sunlight searched for a way down to earth between the trees, making the grass shimmer in a warm shade of gold. You pulled your scarf tighter around your neck, humming a song you heard on the radio.
Suddenly, your enviroment changed. You were in a room with mirrors covering two of the walls. A CD-player was standing in a corner, playing a happy tune. Taemin was right in front of you, wearing a hat, similar to those kids would wear to their birthday party.
„Noona, where's my present?“ He pouted. You looked at him in confusion. Today could not be Taemin's birthday, because it was in the middle of winter, from what you could see through the window. But then, the younger boy's pout changed into a child-like grin.
„Don't worry, I was kidding, noona. This is my outfit for the japanese video for Lucifer.“ he cheerfully told you.
The music coming from the CD-player changed. Now it played a really annoying melody. No, you couldn't even call it a melody, it was just a strange beeping noise.
„Taemin-ah, how are you suppossed to dance to that? It's really annoying.“
Taemin laughed. „I'm not supposed to, stop being so funny noona! Don't you recognize this?“
„Should I?“ you asked in confusion. Gosh, you felt really dumb right now, the irritating sound still in the background.
Beep beep beep beep...
Your eyes fluttered open. You sleepily rubbed them with the back of your hand. But actually it didn't help a lot with seeing something. All you could recognize was yellow. Just..yellow. Your brain slowly started to work properly, so you were able to notice that you were covered with your blankets from head to toe, a small space above your head letting air into your fluffy cave. Probably the sun was shining, what made you feel even better right away. You reached out your hand from under the sheets for your alarm clock, which was still beeping at a nerve-racking volume. You hit it once, without even looking at it. Finally, silence. Except for the birds tweeting outside the window., but that was a sound you actually loved hearing after waking up.
Thinking about things you loved, you turned your head to the right, looking at the the most adorkable person on the whole planet (at least for you). Onew was still in a deep sleep, one arm wrapped around your waist, holding you safe. He never seemed to bother about alarm clocks at all, they just didn't wake him. Maybe he was too used to Key's nagging to always react to every annoying noise he heard. (A/N: I never said that! Saranghae Kibummie! <33) He slightly smiled while dreaming. It was like this little action from him was infectious, because the corners of your mouth automatically curled up into a goofy smile. You turned your whole body to get a better look at him, feeling a bit creepy for watching him sleep, but it wasn't like he seemed to care a lot. You watched Onew scrunch up his nose briefly, shifting around a little. A strand of hair loosely hung over his closed eyelids. Still smiling, you pulled it back to its place. Big mistake. Now that you touched him, you couldn't keep your hands off him. Your hand slowly grazed over his temple down to his cheek, feeling his soft skin under your fingertips.
A dreamy sigh escaped your lips. You immediately thought „That's it. I'm getting way too girly right now.“
You popped your head out of the sheets, almost completely closing your eyes again at the bright sunlight washing over your face. It was a beautiful day outside, so you wanted to enthusiastically swing your legs out of bed. That somehow didn't work, because a strong arm pulled you back and glued you to the bed.
„Where d'you think you're going, baby?“ A soft voice sung into your ear. „You wake me and then just leave? Not happening.“ Onew said, hugging you tightly and nuzzling into you the crook of your neck. You layed there frozen. Omo, he noticed me? I was behaving like some creepy stalker!
„Don't be embarrassed“ he mumbled as if he read your thoughts, „it was pretty nice to get woken like that.“
You could feel him smile against your skin. His warm breath tickled your neck, which slowly made you relax. After a while, he swung his right leg over yours, making it absolutely impossible for you to escape. Not that you tried, or even wanted to. Finally, you found your voice again.
„ Am I your sidesleeper pillow or what?“ you playfully pouted.
„Hmm“ was the only answer you got.
„Yah!“ you tried to scoot away, at which you totally failed.
„Sorry.“ He said, pressing a light kiss to your neck.
“You better be”, you replied, chuckling a bit.
You laid in silence for a while, and started to stroke his hair gently,looking out of the window. The sight of the city in the early morning sun warmed your heart.
“Hey, what are we gonna do today?” you asked, tapping Onew's head lightly to draw his attention.
No answer.
As you looked down, you noticed that your boyfriend had dozed off again, cuddling up to you, his heartbeat slow and steady, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips. You couldn't help but grin at the sight.
Pairing: None (well, maybe there is sth going on between Yukimura and his friend?)
Genre: slice of life?
Rating: PG-13
Length: 657 words
Summary: Yukimura and his best friend(I didn't find a name for her) have lunch, Yukimura's troubled.
Author's Note: I think Yukimura is too lovable for this world. ♥
~~♥~~
Finally, the bell rang.
She quickly packed her books and made her way to the cafeteria. After getting her lunch, she looked for her best friend, Yukimura. Eventually, she spotted him, sitting alone at a table, poking the rice with his chopsticks.
She managed to balance her tablet to the table,placing it down carefully and throwing herself on the chair next to him.
„Hey Yukimura!“ she said happily.
„Hey..“ he said, looking up, trying to smile.
Yukimura-kun was upset again. She could see it.
They had been friends since they both came to Seika. She had learned to see through it when he was pretending to be okay. She knew he wanted to be strong and manly, he hated it when the others guys made fun of his feminine looks. She was sure their intentions weren't bad, everyone liked Yukimura, but they didn't get what it was like for him to be called weak and girl-like.
She didn't know what to do when she saw him like that.
„So, how has your day been?“ She asked, while she she enjoyed the first bits of her lunch, observing her friend.
He didn't look up from his plate, stuck in his own thoughts.
„Hm...“ she said, still observing. Then she decided that poking his cheek was what she wanted to do.
„Hey, what are you doing!?“ His gaze jerked up, just to meet hers quickly, then drifting away again.
„I asked you how your day was, little dreamer!“
„Oh, it was okay.“
„Hm... And how was it in real-life?“
He looked at her, then sighed. „Really, nothing special.“
„Tell me what happened. ...Please,Yukimura.“
„I-i-t was just Usui , he forced me to wear girls' clothes again, but I'm getting used to it.“ He said, shifting uncomfortably on his chair.
„WHAT? I'm gonna kill that jerk the next time he crosses my way!“ she growled, immediately punishing her juice box by squeezing it just a little too tight, making half of the contents squirt on the floor. Anger was washing over her mind. She didn't get angry fast usually, but maybe, just maybe, she was more sensitive when it was about Yukimura.
„Yukimura, you can't let that guy handle you like that!“ she went on, nagging.
„I know“ he answered,like everytime she told him that. „But you know I'm not that confident and all that stuff.“
„Fine, I'll go talk to him.“ She already wanted to stand up, when he held onto her wrist.
„No.“
„What?“
„No, you're not going to talk for me. I have to solve this on my own, and if you don't let me do this by myself, you're no way better than all the others who always patronize me!“ he yelled.
Without the slightest pause, he added „I'm incredibly sorry for shouting at you, I didn't mean it, I was just angry from before, please forgive me.“ He let go of her hand, looking down, his face turning into a dark shape of red.
„I.. i-it's okay.“ she mumbled, pushing a strand of hair from her face,puzzled . „And I'm sorry,too. I wasn't thinking.“ she apologised.
They finished their meal quietly. After taking away her tablet, she looked on her watch.
„I have to go,chemistry class starts in 5 minutes.“ She told Yukimura.
„Me, too. Biology's waiting.“
They left the cafeteria, still silent. When they reached the hallway which diverted into those to the chemistry rooms on the left and the biology rooms on the right, Yukimura broke the silence.
„So, I'll see you around.“ He mumbled and turned to go.
„Wait,“ she said, holding him by the arm and pulling him into a hug. She felt him tense up, then slowly relax again,patting her back shyly.
„Promise me you will come to my apartment after school.We'll talk about everything,okay?“ She softly spoke into his ear.
Author: bemytaedybear
Pairing: Onew x You
Genre: slice of life, fluff
Rating: PG-13 (that's even a bit high)
Length: Drable-shot(not enough for a Oneshot, too much for a drabble), 751 words
Author’s Note: This is one of the first things I've ever written, so please bear with me, I might come back to make it better later. ^^"Oh, and this is set before March 2012.
You entered the SM bulding at around half past 2 pm. You crossed the hall, smiled and bowed lightly to the lady at the reception.
After taking the elevator to the 4th floor, you walked down the corridor, heading to the practice room from which the familiar music came.
„Oh i’m curious, yeah, sajin sok nega sungan misojieo... wae...“
Officially, you were not allowed to know this song yet, since it wouldn't come out until march, but since the members had let slip to you they had a new song, you kept asking until they agreed to sing the refrain for you. It sounded absolutely amazing to your ears.It was not what was known as SHINee's style before, it was different, not bad, but you could still hear the boys you met a year ago.
The song kept going, they were probably doing a dance practice. It seemed silly for you to wait just in front of the door, so you knocked and stepped in. Five faces looked at you, but quickly went back to serious staring. Only Jinki smiled widely at your sight, and just then he missed a step and nearly tripped. His face was now turning slightly red, while he tried to concentrate on the dancing again. Jinki was not risking to make eye contact again.
„Aigo,how cute is he...“ you thought, taking a seat on a chair at the other end of the room, watching the guys doing their dance. Soon enough, your mouth was dangling open, and you just remembered in time to close it again, when the last chords were played.
Panting, the members took seats or went to drink from their water bottles, only Taemin ran towards you, not looking at all like the serious and focused dancer he was just moments ago.
„Annyeong, noona!“ He said smiling and hugged you. You smiled, too and answered happily „Annyeong Taminnie!“ while hugging him back.
Key drank from his bottle, placed it back on the ground and sighed at Taemin, who was still hugging you. „Taemin-ah, will you stop annoying ___-ah!“. Pouting, Taemin let go of you, asking „Am I really annyoing you,noona?“ You couldn't withstand his puppy dog eyes and answered „Of course not!“ and ruffled his hair. „NOONA!“ he squeaked, running away from you, the others laughing.
„Hey ____, were you that impressed by my dancing? You were practically drooling.“ Key said with a smirk on his face. You felt your face burning, but managed to answer: „You're such a show-off! “ and added quickly „Not that you were looking good anyways,Kibummie, the others were so much better“.
You stuck out your tongue at him. That was a big, fat lie, but in such moments you would never admit that he was a brilliant dancer, like all of them. It was just for his best.
Okay, maybe you called him Kibummie in that tone just to annoy him.
Jonghyun and Minho said 'hi' too, and after a little chatting, the four of them started to train a few moves without music.
You were watching them, when you suddenly felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist.
„How come that you greet everyone before your own boyfriend, huh?“ a special someone whispered in your ear.
„Mianhae Jinki-oppa“ you whispered back, though you knew he wasn't angry, because you could feel him smiling into your neck, which he was nuzzling into at the same time.
„I think I can forgive you.“ he mumbled, still smiling.
You turned around to face him, his arms still wrapped around you.
„You think?“ you asked, pouting at him. Suddenly you pulled him down by the collar of his t-shirt, planting a kiss on his lips. The last thing you saw before your eyes fell shut, were his, widening in surprise and then closing, too. Your arms automatically wrapped around his neck, Jinki pulling you closer to him. The kiss was gentle, sweet, like they always were.
After a few seconds, you pulled away.
„I will definetly forgive you.“ He mumbled, your faces barely 2 inches apart. You just smirked at him.
„Yah, would you two mind getting a room later? We still got a lot practice to do!“ Key yelled across the room. You glared at him, now it was his turn turn to stick his tongue out.
„And you would think I'm the leader.“ Jinki sighed, getting ready for another round of dancing.
