- Tweak is great at sewing. they all know how to sew because it’s a basic skill that they have found to be necessary on multiple occasions, but while everyone else does basic stitches/only mends things, Tweak is VERY intricate with her sewing. sometimes she makes little designs, too :3

- ^^^ Inkling taught her some cool sewing tricks!! he also taught Tweak how to knit and crochet (Tweak prefers crocheting)

- a little more related to my previous headcanons: Peso learned how to do chiropractic work, and also taught himself how to perform physical therapy.

- ^^^ Barnacles KINDA knows physical therapy, because he got it as a kid/cub, but it’s mostly what he remembers. he taught Peso, but Peso took it upon himself to actually get more details and master the practice as well as possible.

- Inkling has a few notebooks of remedies and non-medicine treatments that he has collected over the years. he insists on Peso taking it, but Peso’s too polite for that. but Peso goes into Inkling’s library very often, and always apologizes for being a bother 😭 (and EVERYONE tells him that he’s NOWHERE NEAR a bother!!)

- both Barnacles and Peso perform physical therapy on the other Octonauts (and yes, Peso taught Barnacles the little details), then also help each other out. Peso is firm while also trying to keep things as gentle as possible, and always says, “let me know if it’s too much!” Barnacles on the other hand is pretty afraid to put in effort because he’s aware that it’s pretty easy to cross the thin line between optimal work and accidentally hurting someone.

- ^^^ Kwazii insists on being VERY HARSH when doing physical therapy and chiropractic things, but he’s gotten pretty badly hurt because he’s too proud to tell Barnacles to take it a little easier, and he doesn’t wanna bother Peso.

Kwazii: [VERY LOUD, CRUNCHY, ELABORATE BACK CRACKING SOUNDS] “YEEEEOW!!!” •seeing the stars•

Barnacles: •puts hands up• “what? what’s wrong?!”

Kwazii: (didn’t hear/process the question) “that was a ROUGH one!”

Barnacles: “oh my! did i hurt you?!”

Kwazii: (still kind of out of it) “huh…wuh..?”

- Aaron is the one who initiated summoning the dead to help with the business (that’s how the group met people like Bonnie Marrow and Caspian Cornwallis).

- ^^^ Aaron actually originally did this as a joke, but he has experience with messing with supernatural crap such as messing with the Ouija Board and playing games like Red Door, Yellow Door.

- Reggie is an architect and actually designed a lot of the buildings that the group works in!!

- Misty has traveled all over the world (some for studying abroad, some for shits and giggles) and has a denim jacket full of patches from the places she’s been to.

- Grace wants to like coffee so bad, but the smell and taste to her are completely different; she loves the smell and the concept of coffee, but she can’t get herself to like the actual taste of coffee.

- Malik writes for a local newspaper on the side.

- ^^^ those who subscribe actually really like Malik because he tries to make all of his pieces as unbiased as possible, and just give straight facts. if perspective is included, he includes the opinions of every side he can possibly get information from.

- Goldman and Misty are half-siblings.

- ^^^ they didn’t meet until they were teenagers, but they KNEW of each other’s existence.

- Brenda is a former international English teacher

- ^^^ she ALWAYS gives Misty tips for travel!!

- Chad was formerly in the Marines.

- Earnest has had his suit longer than most of the crew has been alive.

- Earnest is also the one with good connections, and being able to bring in people like Ursula Gelderberry.

- Grace used to work as a private math tutor.

- Chad knows Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

- Malik WILL have parking-lot yap sessions with ANYBODY he is in the car with.

- Goldman doesn’t know HOW he was able to get things done; he’ll actually look at you, more confused than you are, and be like, “i actually have no idea, to be honest.”
