Believe it in your head

Been noticing a few of my old posts have been shown some love recently! Thank you for liking, re-blogging and continuing the positivity :)

I took my first run of 2014 this weekend, it's not something I do very often as my training is geared more towards weights, but I really fancied a run. Luckily, I live by a scenic part of the Thames as well.

Nope, I'm afraid not. But if I did I'm sure she'd be in favour of fitness.Thanks :)

I'd love to know, please share your thoughts.

I'm currently studying for a degree, which unfortunately means I spend a lot of time sat at a computer. My studies don't relate to fitness or sport etc. but I read and research as much as I can.

I regularly see workout routines and plans in magazines, books and online that are great in theory but when you have commitments like work, studies and family it's just not feasible (and also expensive!). Which lead me to starting this tumblr blog and help motivate people with normal lives.

I feel bad that sometimes this blog gets a little neglected, it's mainly due to life getting in the way. Going through a rough patch at the moment but still trying to push on with gym visits.  In the past couple of weeks I've got my body fat down from 25% to 22% which is something at least. The average for a male is between 15%-21% apparently, so still a little work to do. Another thing that has surprised me is just how well some of my earlier posts are doing! My "I <3 Fruit" post is regularly getting reblogged and had another surge yesterday. Over 4,700 notes now, I might even reblog it myself! (I can do that, right?)
