Wall Two 80 - 280 Carlisle Street Balaclava Wall Two 80 is a small, cosy cafe space located in Balaclava. The inhabitats used the space in a very different way to Rupert. The space was used by individuals or couples to drink coffee and socialise. The interior layout encouraged this with a calming atmosphere enhanced by the dim lighting . One similarity Wall Two 80 and Rupert shared was the two distinct areas; the cafe having the interior seating designed for couples or small groups for intimate socialising, and the exterior with a servery window for take-away orders and seating for quick coffee.

Rupert - 73 Rupert Street Collingwood Rupert is a light, spacious and upbeat bar and grill with an industrial style, inhabited by two different social interactions. These were larger groups are people using the space to stand and socialise while drinking, and people eating together in smaller groups. The interior space was designed to accommotdate this by providing two areas, one with smaller tables and one with larger empty areas to stand in. The space also took advantage of the natural light of the large original clerestory and new glazing to include plants in the interior space.

Continuous - the movie is filmed in a way that creates one continuous shot. Flowing - the camera work flows between each interior space, following each actor and flowing into the next scene. Enveloping - the camera work makes the interiors feel as though you are inside them, following the characters as the move through rooms.
