Sometimes ago, I realized I prayed for some things and when I finally got them I stopped praying and putting in the efforts I had put in when I badly wanted them. Gradually, without my quick realization, they started fading away and I went back on my knees for the things God already to me earlier. It wasn’t so easy getting them back. Permit me to say, I learnt the hard way. Now, I pray more about things I have than I pray for things I want, I work harder to keep the things I want than I work to get things I want. The main task begins when you have what you had always wanted, to keep it; keep praying and working even more than how you did before you had them.
