"Gentleman’s Son" 2010-2013

This character really has a special place in my heart. It seems like he has been with me the entire time I’ve been a photographer. He has grown with me as I have grown into the artist I am today. I hold on to this because it seems like he is an outlet for me in so many ways. He is my muse and I will never stop or forget about him.  I plan, throughout my life, to always continue his story as I grow and change. He is my consistency that I crave. He is my art.

Brin and I were sitting on a couch in the campus center eating breakfast and talking when suddenly this guy in a sketchy grey hoodie walks in and starts walking to us, hood up and everything.

Anyway, we’re all alone on that floor except for this guy so I think we both kind of freaked out for a second.

And so he walks up to us and says “Hey, Ladies, this is my dog.”
