I’m starting to think that like with everything, you can’t really understand body dysmorphic disorder unless you actually have it, just because u don’t understand something doesn’t mean you need to prove it’s not real, maybe try feeling empathy for once in ur life

you are not unlovable just because you are depressed. you are worthy and deserving of love regardless of your mental state. we as humans contain a variety of different emotions and feelings, and people don’t get to be picky and choose only what they like. you deserve love, embrace and support when you’re smiling the brightest and sobbing the loudest. period.
