ADGSNTM — Descendants AU Concept Art
This fandom is so dead and its devastating, but I've been obsessed with it while also being into the Descendants soundtrack, which led me here! (Plz ignore the pencil smudging, I really need a protective glove bc I'm horrible with resting my hand on the page)
I did write down my ideas for other characters in the top left corner, but incase my handwriting is too hard to read it will reiterate it here;
I will be using first names for the sake of plot convenience, if I ever write or do animatics for this AU.

Maybe Sumiso as Audrey? Not sure about that one yet, and Gil and Harry would most likely end up being ocs, or just barely changed versions of the OG's just to fill the gap.
All the parents would pretty much be stylized versions of the original villains, but with their color pallets changed a bit to fit certain characters. Like how I did with Maleficent and Hades for Hanadori.
I'm not sure if I'll draw more, but I definitely want to!! It was really fun, somewhat redesigning Hanadori to fit Mals visual aesthetics. I may be getting a tablet soon for the holidays, so if I do, I may digitalize this. Opinions welcome, though please don't be mean :)
Reading my own fanfiction is basically just a rollercoaster of emotional whiplash.
20% of the time: “Hold on. I wrote this? This is fire. This is emotionally devastating in the best way. This scene is dripping with tension. I’m a literary perfectionist. Someone give me a book deal.”
80% of the time: “Straight to jail. Immediate prison. Why is everyone’s breath hitching?. I used the word ‘gaze’ three times in one paragraph like I was possessed. Did I think 'his eyes darkened' was profound? Why is everyone clenching their jaws? Why is someone whispering 'their name like a prayer' again?? No one talks like this. What is this dialogue. Why are there so many weird metaphors and em-dashes…”
