We really don’t know what happened between them, or the nature of their relationship to begin with. It’s a lot of assumptions. Yes it did appear they were exclusively dating but we don’t know if they were deeply in love, and we don’t know who ended it or why it ended. Maybe it was mutual, maybe it was Benny who ended it, maybe it was Omar. I see people judging Omar and it makes me sad - we absolutely don’t have enough actual solid information to have any idea what truly went down and so to make assumptions and blame one person and see the other as a victim is really uncalled for.
"we don’t know if they were deeply in love" safe to say this is prolly not the case with Benny, we DO can tell he was deeply in love with Omar 🥲 I understand how people can think that way tho. Even irl there's always this certain perception if someone finds a new partner faster from their latest one, not to mention considering adding our observations of Omar and Benny's relationship from these past few months. A lot of them are broad facts in daylight that we then shaped into becoming our assumptions and naratives. Though you're right, we really don't know anything about their break up. And I do agree sometimes people should just stay silent rather than to speak ill of someone we don't know perfectly well.
Anyway I'm just glad we're getting our closure now 😮💨 and I'm at peace knowing Omar was once in his peak happiness and that he had someone who would want to gave it all out for him and done great effort for him when they were dating. Even their last meeting was such a happy memory of Benny flying only for a few days to another continent just to celebrate Omar's birthday 🥹 hopefully from now on Benny and his families and friends are finally free from the scrutiny of #that part of the fandom and will continue to thrive and live his life as he intends to. Same goes with Omar ☺️
