Maybe I'm scared because they will make a scene of Pentious where it's supposed to be serious but it will end up in comedy relief (like they did to that scene of ep 6 and the death scene)

This... is starting to get concerning. Like seriously, what's up with Viv and her obsession with top hats? Almost all male characters wear a top hat: Lucifer, Husk, Sir Pentious, Vox, Valentino, Asmodeus, Stolas, Zestiel, GOD!?!?(I think?🤔) and now the hotel itself. 🤣 Am I missing someone? I'm sure I'm forgetting someone. And what's even more frustrating is that some of them wearing top hats don't make any sense. Lucifer is an easy example. He wore his top hat BEFORE HUMANITY WAS EVEN A THING!!!! We saw that at the beginning of episode 1. Like, WHAT? And don't get me started on Zestiel. Now, we don't know when he died exactly, but we can tell from what period he is by the way he speaks (and the fact that he is the oldest overlord right now also helps, kinda).

(Lil info: I would replace Alastor with Cain. This is more logical. He is essentially the first killer, and it seems to me that he could be the strongest overlord + motivation that if he atones for his sin, he will go to heaven and see his family. Just imagine the ever-grumpy depressive overlord who says to Charlie: "I miss my lil bro Charlie")

Honestly having C&A would've made the show more interesting and probably helped a little with the world building...

I rewatched the show and saw another piece of evidence showing that Vivzipop's writing doesn't make sense and why things shouldn't happen off-screen. In episode 7 in Carmilla's flashback, I noticed that the angel she killed WASN'T alone. Carmilla and her daughters were cornered by 5 angels, and Carmilla beheaded one of them. And, as far as we know, it's the ONLY angel she killed. So the other four are still alive, and they not only witnessed the death of their sister-in-arms, but they also saw who killed her and how. Before episode 7, we didn't know that the exorcist wasn't alone, and we wondered how Adam and Lute found out about her death. In episode 1, Adam and Lute found the body, not by accident, they knew about the dead exorcist and went to look for it, which means that the only they found out about it was from the other four angels who attacked Carmilla. But Adam and Lute act as if they DON'T know who is responsible.

Lute:"We found the body, Sir! They've never managed to kill one of us before. We should just go down there now and destroy them..."

Adam:"No, no! We can't risk them catching on. But don't worry, when we come back, then won't be demon left alive to pull a stunt like this AGAIN!"

So how come the other four angels, the key witnesses, who saw everything that happened, told Adam and Lute about the dead exorcist but didn't tell them about how she died and by who? Why didn't they tell their superiors that it was the overlord wepons dealer Carmilla Carmine or that she killed the angel with her ballerina shoes? OK, let's say that the exorcists don't know who Carmilla is and that she sells and uses angelic weapons. Let's say that they don't know what material the shoes are made of. But doesn't change the fact that the angels know what Carmilla and her daughters LOOK LIKE, and what wepon was used for the kill. Why did Adam say to wait 6 months for the next extermination when they know what the demon looks like and that she is a possible threat? Why didn't they choose to go look for this mysterious demon to avenge their fallen sister? WHY EVEN BOTHER ATTACKING THE HOTEL FIRST WHEN CARMILLA SHOULD BE THEIR MAIN TARGET? They know how Carmilla looks like, and she is a well-known overlord, so it's shouldn't be hard to find her. And why Carmilla is more worried about the other demons founding out about the whole ordeal and not worried that the angels may go after her and her daughters?

There are so many questions and little to no answers.

That's kinda what I was thinking when we saw the flashback...

I don't really like any Lucifer ship sooooo....

Because most of them, as far as we were told/shown, have always been angels... And angels don't work in the same logistic as humans : They don't have those concepts because they never existed as humans, they were never born and never had a life outside of Heaven and have led pretty much a spiritual existence (Which honestly should have given the show as much freedom as it wanted for the designs). You could give them a more human design but that design is a pure reflection on which human they'd be interacting with. This piece of lore is part of my religion as a Muslim and from the discussions I've had with Christian friends, it's the same thing in their lore too and HH uses it a lot

And the rest of Heaven's cast, the part that's been confirmed to be humans who became angels like Adam and St Pete, the ones who could have been used for representation.... Look the same in their design? Even if they shouldn't ??

Like Adam is the First Human, made from clay. Some translations for his name are literally "son of red earth". You could have him look like any or every shade of clay imaginable. Go crazy with that. Put decorative patterns on him. Make him look almost rocky as a side effect of how he came to be. Give him many layers representing how clay evolved in its usage for all that is pottery. Infinite possibilities. So why. Why is his design so boring. Why is he white like sheet of paper. Not even white like fire clay which is used to make fire bricks that withstand furnace fires (goes with the theme of him going to Hell for the exterminations). Is Adam made from sawdust in HH's lore ??

St Pete was a follower of Jesus Christ and born in the Middle East. Not even his paintings from many centuries after his death look anywhere close to what HH gave us. The bare minimum would have been for him to be dressed like the people from his time period, hairstyle included

Every single shot where representation could have been legitimately considered and would have worked were missed by a mile by HH's writers and artistic production

Like we already don't know anything about Adam and "his" exorcists but going off from what he said to Vera (I'm not calling her y'know what) about him "naming" her we/I can speculate that he crates them or at least sorta raises them....

Unless he just degrades them more by actually renaming them...which is...an interesting idea..../s
