The elevator scene mirrored the one in Winter Soldier.
“I can do this all day.” “Yeah, i kNoW.” Literally any time steve gets in a fight.
Thor yelling “I knew it!” When Steve grabs the hammer. When steve almost picked it up in AoU and Thor was the only one to notice.
“On your left.” Throwback to openning scene in CAtWS.
“Avengers….Assemble!” Finally completing the line from end of AoU
“Clint! Give it to me.” Not an obvious reference, but its funny when you think back to the only other time T’Challa and Clint interacted was the “hi im clint.” “I don’t care” in Civil War, so i think it counts.
The Peter and Tony reunion hug, which is the first time we see them hug, because in homecoming they didn’t hug, tony was just getting the door.
“Activate instant kill mode!” Nod to homecoming.
“Hey, Queens!” When Steve and Peter talked about where they were from in Civil War.

“Don’t do anything stupid until I get back.” “How can I, youre taking all the stupid with you.” Mirror of the scene in The First Avenger when Steve goes to sign up for the army one last time.
Steve and Peggy dancing at the end, since in CAtFA, they made plans to go dancing as Steve crashed the plane in the ice.
