God Damn It I Love Fly Fishing!

I caught a nice little warmouth. In the sunfish fraternity, I've caught bass, bluegill, shellcracker, and now one of these guys. Definite blessing. He fought hard and earned his release.

A nice bass and a small shellcracker! I've been after shellcrackers in that pond a long time. It's great to be catching again!

Lunch break bass! Lots of fun to catch this guy on the light tackle, any bass feels like a whale on this rod.

I love my new Allen Fly Fishing Alpha III, paired with the Redington rod, I hate that the mogan sac a lait I was reeling in pulled a fast one on me and threw the fucking hook, but I really love the fact that I’m teaching my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Professor how to fly fish, and he caught his first-ever bass on our second trip out! He shares BJJ with me, I share fly fishing and catching fish with him. Yin and Yang. Balance.

That crawfish streamer was as big as his head! This little gourmand baby bass was the only bite I got today, but I'll always take it!
