                  ‹ Yeah, I do! Is there anything I can get you? › As always her tone was warm and gentle, patient yet appropriate for this kind of work setting. 

          As much as Elias thought it was necessary to get a new job, as soon as he grabbed her attention, he hesitated, unsure if he should really ask for a position. He knew he wasn't going to be one to work well in this sort of environment. Surely he'd tolerate it as best he could, but the thought of trying to get a job here would prove to be more difficult than he'd like to admit. Gaze was quite pensive for a moment, and as he definitely contemplated dropping the whole concept altogether, he steeled himself to ask anyway.           "...are there any openings?" He offered a glance at the newspaper, showing off the fact he'd been having trouble with finding another job, x's riddling the page. The pen that he had been holding tapped the paper in thought, and Elias would rather not have to ask questions like that, though if he managed to get the job, it would be another paycheck in the bank.           While he awaited an answer, the male looked back down to his newspaper, scanning it in case he was declined. Bills were coming up soon, so he'd have to really get with the program soon, otherwise he won't make it. 

"True, it almost seems like it’s their mission or something,” he added through a slight chuckle, recalling more than enough incidents for evidence. "Pretty often, I usually talk to them if they’re around and they feel like, it’s not like I’m picky," to him, company is company whether it was four legged or two. But to be perfectly honest, he usually prefers the company of cats. 

          "That's the thing, do you really want to be giving cats everything they want? They'll get even more particularly spoiled than they already are." Elias never liked spoiling his pets, they were already troublesome as they were. If anything, he treated them all like children-- everything came in careful moderation. Though hearing the ending of the sentence, the raven could only nod. "I feel as though that's what happens when you give them too much freedom from yourself. Too much independence turns to hardheaded stubbornness."           While Elias would agree with the other, he didn't know that he could actually converse with cats, unlike himself. If that were the case, the raven would've easily cut ties with other humans to be with cats-- their personalities easily matched his own and were easier to get along with. "I can't see how you'd want to talk to them all the time if all they're going to do is give you a hard time." Opinions, however, only go so far, "Though I figure that's only with a few instances."

"Excuse me," the deep, crackled voice of a male came from behind the prince, "Are there any local art shops nearby?" Like blood through water, his English was thick with an ancient accent. Greek it sounded, but could be easily mistaken as Roman. His voice overal held a monotone as though the attitude of his speech didn’t seem indifferent enough.

So perhaps she was  imagining different scenarios in her head right now involving the cheater and the cheated.Like their love life was one big opera.

                 "I would like to think the fight wouldn't be that bad-- sure she                                 wasn't happy at all, but those are just words. If she really                                 wanted to get at him, she would've already."              At least, to him she would've. Now if he were to flee the city and go as             far as changing his name... he very well could've. "Seems a little extreme,             though it might be likely. Don't know if I'd do it myself, though I wouldn't             cheat on my spouse." Though imagining what could be going on with             others... this proved to be a lot more entertaining.                                           "Do you think he actually cheated on her, though?"
