It's been a hot minute since I've drawn Gaster so I went ahead and did that

Rare instance where I’ll post a rough sketch instead of sprites but this idea’s been stuck in my head for days and i just had to draw it, they’re all based on the early stages of a fish’s life cycle

short update post; dont expect many new sprite posts for a few weeks, the semester is wrapping up this month and i gotta focus more on classes and i also haven’t been feeling the best about my art lately

I'll share more details about the project as I go on, but here are the starters for my region! Each line is based on a prehistoric animal (or group of animals) from the Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenozoic eras respectively! The Grass-type starter, Mosephalus, is based on the therapsid Estemmenosuchus (and the names of it and its evolved form are derived from Therocephalia)

The Fire-type starter, Oviroast, is based on Oviraptorosaurs, specifically Oviraptor itself and Gigantoraptor

and the Water-type starter, Pakirunt, is based on several basal cetaceans and relatives, including Pakicetus, Ambulocetus and Andrewsarchus.

Each of them are also planned to have mega evolutions, but I have yet to make sprites for them </3

Here's a handful of mega evolution sprites I made for a project I've been working on for the past year! All with typings in their respective image descriptions ^_^ I'll probably come out with a list of all the new megas and their abilities l8r down the line.

My interests include Paleontology & Biology, Transformers, Pokémon, Gravity Falls/TOH, The Axolotl Sun’s Games, and plenty of other stuff !

I cycle through a lot of hyperfixations and my current one is Pokémon, though I’ve been a fan since I first watched the XY anime as a kid. My favorite Pokémon are Haxorus, Hydrapple and Tyrantrum.

I’m also an artist! I love designing monsters/creatures, especially Fakemon! Stuff like that’ll probably make up the majority of what I post on here.
