So I've been doing a CSI rewatch, and I just got to 11 Angry Jurors, but that's not the point of this post.

Every time I watch Invisible Evidence, it bothers me that Cath missed the semen on the toilet handle the first time through. It's not as if it was hidden in some obscure spot behind the toilet or in a crack between the tiles, it was right there. In plain view.

Did she forget to process the bathroom?

I think it would have made more sense if the semen had been collected but not processed (like the wax) because they had the knife and deemed that enough for the prelim.
