He'd seen Theo, everything that happened. It was all a bloody blur that all ended with a blackout. Did Theo carry him home? What had happened? It would be something he'd never know. He'd been too lightheaded to even attempt that. The past... Months had been a blur. Months on his own and taking hits that he would have never assumed he deserved.
He'd talk to Theo about that later... Or so he assumed. He'd asked about the skrull in his place, and been assured that they were gone. That was the only thing he clearly remembered Theo saying when he'd saved him--
Opening his eyes, the light pierced in, he gasped a bit. Actually everything was piercing and--

With a groan, he turned his head, expecting to see the same bloodstained wall-- But it wasn't there. He was greeted by a white wall, and medical equipment, and that only meant one thing. He was home. He'd made it home.
He looked over to the desk beside him and saw the bloody notebook. Untouched. Every entry was still safely in that notebook and not snooped away by SHIELD. He remembered what he wrote... It was for the best that it was in his possession.
Everything hurt, but it was a dulled pain. Was he--
"Three broken ribs, a concussion, broken leg, dislocated shoulder, and you lost a lot of blood, kid." That was a doctor answering the questions he hadn't even asked yet. Anthony sat up and looked at him, before the doctor continued, "Shocking you held up that long, strong body, huh? Can't walk on that leg kiddo, but I figure you can feel that one. Oh, and I really don't suggest looking in the mirror anytime soon. You won't like what you see. You're not so much the pretty boy I saw in your file."
Anthony gave a small nod, "How long have a been here?" he muttered, wondering how long he'd been laying in the bed.
"About two days, but not too long. We haven't let anyone in, still working on the policies of immediate family only when someone's in such critical conditions. Adoption, well, guess no one thought about that. Either way, you've only been stable for a little while. A lot of surgeries."
"But I-I'm okay?" He muttered looking up to the man, who responded with a nod. Anthony smiled a bit, moving his arms only to find that there was an IV pumping into him that he hadn't noticed before. He sighed, and lowered his arm back down.
"Get some more rest kid, alright? People are worried about you after the whole mess. The Richards boy brought that notebook in, said you might want to read it. Or at least do something with it. I'm not one to go against any of you superkids orders. Pretty sure you get paid more than I do, and I have three PhDs."
"C-congratulations?" he offered feeling awkward at the mention of that, making a nervous face, but the doctor just left the room with a clear order--
