Sorry for the poor quality. I’ve been following your One Month Makeover for about 2 weeks now, I had started it before but was very bad at following it, but now I’ve gotten back on swing with things and I’m really happy with how the results are coming along. Not only do I feel better about how I look, it’s no longer about looking good for me, it has become about being healthy.
