idk, i dont think you can never escape your asab but sex and gender are different. Afab people are oppressed for being afab, and amab people are not oppressed for being amab. Trans women, while amab, are only oppressed for their gender. Like cis women are oppressed for being afab and being women. Trans women are oppressed for being women. Trans men are oppressed for being afab. It seems like simple logic to me.
Especially with the way all people who are capable or are seen as capable of becoming pregnant are repeatedly targeted by oppressive laws all over the world, you cant really claim that afab people dont face any oppression for their asab

General tumblr reminder, since some people don't know: If the person's URL has "deactivated" plus a string of numbers (a date) after it, that means that they manually deleted their own blog. It doesn't mean they were banned. Banned blogs don't have "deactivated" after them and will just be the normal URL you can't click on or interact with. They look very similar and function the same, but they were caused by two very different things.

hot take i think that a website being able to ban users for "no reason at all" is a very bad thing, all websites should be able to prove that a user has broken their guidelines or terms of service in order to ban them
users who get banned should be told WHY they're banned and given an opportunity to talk to a person when appealing their ban, automated "nah ur still banned" replies shouldn't be allowed on any website.
a user broke a guideline? which ones? and which post/reply/message/ask broke them?
a post is mass reported? sure thing a temporary auto ban is fine BUT ONLY IF A HUMAN REVIEWER THEN LOOKS AT IT.
a post is reported, flagged, appealed, and has the flag removed? that post should no longer be able to have that flag re-applied. because a human looked at it and decided it was fine.
a user submits multiple reports that all turn out to be false? ban that user for abusing the reporting system.

the good thing about online public businesses, such as tumblr, there is no precedent for trespassing you legally from the site, which can be done for every other type of public business for reasons such as âwas told they are denied service and refused to leave instead staying to ask for an appealâ so just remake.
i swear, people forget that tumblr is the same as starbucks is the same as any other kind of business. They dont need a reason to refuse you service. It is you who is being unreasonable saying that businesses should have to justify every single person they deny service when irl it has never once been that way.
