Overall I’m doing good with a side of worrying about my friends sometimes because it’s the time of year that everyone I know gets depressed (including me sometimes) I’ve been practicing drawing faces just the over all shape of peoples faces really. Cheekbones, chins, brows, shapes of their noses and eyes.

So y’all might see my style going through some sort or kind of transition (although it’ll still be obviously my art I think.) it’s been kinda fun and satisfying actually because I’ve been pretty proud of the results :))

I’m also admittedly struggling with divorce stuff. Divorce attorneys and costs are super fucking high and I’m a single parent and at the moment I am unemployed. I do plan to get a job but it won’t be until this coming new year. I’m also frustrated that I feel obligated to keep in touch with my ex husband because we have a kid involved. He’s so fucking transphobic and interacting with him is exauhsting. He acts like nothing even happened. Yeah we talked about it, but I never got an apology and even if I did, i don’t know that I can actually forgive him. I have to force my self to reply and talk to him but honestly I just want space but I’m worried if I don’t talk to him he’s either going to retaliate somehow or just make me feel like shit. I hate being associated with him, esp when he decides to give his input on gender politics or what the fuck ever. He’s transphobic as hell and I sorta hate being associated with him because of it. And he doesn’t even think he’s being transphobic. He thinks he’s just “stating facts” but he’s not. He’s invalidating, he’s being harmful, and he’s being an overall dick and I hate it.

I unfollowed him, so I don’t have to see his shit anymore but I wish sometimes I could unfriend or block him.

I havbeen fighting with insecurity because it set in that being Non-binary that dating is going to be a dumpster fire because people seem to enjoy invalidating non-binary folks, gendering us with our AGAB, etc etc. I’m just scared I’m never going to find anyone that’ll accept me for me. I don’t even know why I’m thinking about it, I have t even filed papers and my brain is just “you’re undesirable to 90% of the population now just because you’re trans.” And I hate it. When I don’t focus on it, I am okay but yeah. Insecurity,

I do also have a massive crush on someone but I’ll probably never tell them because I’m a train wreck. I’m convinced it’s not mutual anyway and I’d rather not take the risk and make things awkward.

I’m taking comissions. I need some help getting some money together so I can divorce my husband. I don’t think hes gonna file the paper work and I plan to, but first I need the money to do it.

I’m currently unemployed, I’m staying with family for the holidays and when I get back to California I’m going to start looking for jobs to put towards it as well but I still need to make sure i can pay the costs for the divorce while also being able to pay the living costs for myself and my toddler.
