if there is anyone viewing my tumblr account who is a caring person who is not put off by being around an old guy (with a long kink history that hasn’t entirely ended, but requires a lot more planning these days) who is not an american citizen, but would like to become one, marriage equality is now the law. whoopee. i am not looking for a sex partner, although i wouldn’t be averse to it, but a companion for the next few years as life alone gets more difficult to manage. i have very little money, i live on my social security income, which is very little, but i do live in hawaii.  the idea would be to form a companionable partnership where we each look after each other, within the limits of our ability.  such a partnership would allow for the other party to work and date (discreetly). drinking and drug use, no matter how “social” is completely off the table, as is smoking. in sum, the deal is hang out with me to do the things i can no longer do easily for a few years until i croak or need a nursing home, get a green card, get married and in due time acquire US citizenship. i have been contemplating this for a while now but could think of no where to actually put the idea out there.  this seems like the best option.  remember, hawaii poor is still hawaii!
