For many of us, we begin to realize that happiness and strength doesn’t come from living in the expectations that are inherently presented to us by our environment and circumstances. As you come to this realization, often times you begin to experience a whirlwind of emotions as you decide whether or not you should continue to live in denial and grief while holding to the expectations you know or put fear aside and risk venturing into the unknown and discovering your true identity and values.
