El Saltito Beach - you’ll find yourself immersed in a vista taken straight out of Hollywood. El Saltito features rugged cliffs, turquoise waters, and a rustic ranch in the middle of nowhere that few have visited. There’s something about this secluded place that gives it a wild feel, a vista of waves splashing on craggy rocks framed by bronze-colored mountains along the edge of a perfectly formed bay.

Today, Sunday 18. October 2020 - beach in front of La Concha Pearl hotel. It’s not overly crowded..... and reflects the general situation. It’s a shame, due to lack of proper support by the government a lot of the so called “essential” workers - under normal circumstances - are hurting with reduced or no income!

The La Paz Malecon after a few sprinkles from a quick shower. So far 2020 has been “reasonable” in terms of rain during the season. But we are only in the middle of September and hurricane season goes into November I believe this year.

a few days ago at the offshore rock of La Reina , to the north of Isla Cerralvo, is a favored site for Manta Rays between July-October. The mantas that visit this isolated but scenically rather unprepossessing dive site seem to be fascinated by divers and often deliberately approach them, coming close enough to be gently stroked.

4 seats, 1 road.... however, the most excitement is happening off-road! The Baja peninsula is famous for countless offroad desert races inclusive the Baja 250 / San Felipe 250, Baja 500 and Baja 1000

Punta Arena de la Ventana Beach is located 100 km from the city of La Paz, belonging to the Los Planes Subdelegation, in the state of BCS. Its beauty and landscape is unique, predominantly its soft white sands; The multicolored sea in front of Cerralvo Island makes us impressed.

Our coat of arms emphasizes the region's connection to the sea.
