Imagine...
(On mobile, forgive formatting!)
You click on the Apparel tab of the MP. You begin to browse the various items, noting the small text beneath a few that reads: â(You have 1)â or â(You have 3).â Then, as you click on page five, you see the Dusky Rose Thorn Collar, but what stands out to you more is the text below it: â(This item is on your Wishlist).â You buy it excitedly, then hop over to your wishlist tab to remove it from the list. One item down, many more to go, but at least youâre that much close to your goal of the PERFECT outfit.
New Gene release day, and you NEED this new secondary on like, three of your favorite dragons. You click the database link for the gene, and hit that âAdd To Wishlistâ link option. Youâll remove it when the hype dies down and youâre able to snipe it from the MP, but at least this way youâve recorded that you want it. Maybe someone with better luck sniping than you will see it and offer it in exchange for one of those G1s you have for sale!
Itâs Wish Rising time. Or your birthday (yay!). Or the holiday season. People ask what youâd like as a gift, and instead of linking that forum thread or dragon bio that you forgot to remove things from or add things to, you have a dedicated page you are able to edit with new items straight from the on-site Database. Your friend informs you theyâre having a crappy day, and you decide to make them smile, at least virtually. On their profile, you click the âView Userâs Wishlistâ link, and beneath a few of the items, it says â(You have 5)â or â(You have 1).â Bingo. You send that shit over in a CR or PM and make them smile, at least a bit. :)
What Iâm saying is⌠Wishlist Feature WHEN? (Yeah i submitted this as a suggestion to the staff but still. Thought about it because I wanted to add the new tea apparel to a site Wishlist but⌠I only have a dragon bio to do so with and it gets annoying after a while).
This is a great idea and I loved the way this was written itâs so happy and wistful
