“you ever heard of, we’re always in danger?” he snickers before looking around, hum resonating ithin the back of his throat as he click his tongue. “i see a lot of things, things i shouldn’t or should. you ever met with the face of death? it’s quite interestin’ actually.” he pauses, then laughs. “really, you should be tellin’ this to someone that has a sense of care.”

She wants to laugh in his face. What could this kid have possibly seen? Has he seen war? Loved ones turning into monsters before his eyes? Loved ones dying? Seolhyun knows not of this mundane’s suffering, and she does not care.

great. sky thinks this person could be a cop and if the blood on his hands weren’t cleaned off the other day, he might as well have been caught red-handed. he doesn’t do anything and merely shrugs. “suppose so, what’s it to you?”

a grin etches on his lips with a satisfied hum at the look she gives him, stifling a laugh before clearing his throat. “right, okay, so what’s your deal bein’ around here and wearin’ that, hmn?”

he peers at the rune on her forearm and stifles a yawn against a loose fist. “then? what was the point of askin’ if you weren’t expectin’ it? seems to me that thing on you is shit.”

“…yeah..so like, if you’re tryna hide or somethin’..you suck at it.”
