I competed for HOTS too. and managed to get one ticket for the Bangkok show. that Thai site doesn't show you any queue number but mine was pretty fast actually. but then when it was my turn, my screen blanked out and I was kicked out of the system. I got into the queue again and managed to get one ticket. phew, it was a war for sure.

eh! don't say sorry. It's completely fine. I would be super sad too if I were in your shoes (although the fact that I might never see them unless they come to my country is killing me every single day too).
