I competed for HOTS too. and managed to get one ticket for the Bangkok show. that Thai site doesn't show you any queue number but mine was pretty fast actually. but then when it was my turn, my screen blanked out and I was kicked out of the system. I got into the queue again and managed to get one ticket. phew, it was a war for sure.

OMG no! don't refresh the pages at any cost. if you can, use two different devices, for two different dates and always keep your information pre-saved in your browser (firefox is a safe and fast one). Use your phone data if possible because wifi has the whole family's load and that makes your internet slow. stay on the page even when they show seats are sold out, sometimes some seats pop up due to failed transactions. Jump on the chance.
