As you can see, I have tried to be as reasonable about it as possible but they refused to listen.

I’m just going to say what every single theme maker out there says. DO NOT ALTER OR REMOVE THE CREDITS, BASE CODE OR NOT. Despite this girl’s arguments, I’m pretty sure she had no intentions of crediting me had I not found out and asked. Putting my name on a separate page is not enough when I basically made the whole page. Even if she had modified the page to the point of no recognition (which she obviously hadn’t), credits should STILL be left intact where it is and shown prominently. All this was already included in my Terms of Use page and by not following the rules, this is considered code theft.
