これは人生において当たり前かのように存在する

This exists in life as if it were natural.

たまたま同じ電車に乗っていたり

同じ道を歩いている人

People walking the same path

さまざまなところで存在している

They exist in various forms.

しかし、人は人を選ぶ

But people choose people

一方的では成り立たない

とても不思議だけど、人々はそれができる

What was I thinking a year ago?

昨日の私は何を考えていましたか？

What was I thinking yesterday?

見えない未来を想像していましたか？

Did I imagine a future I could not see?

過去の出来事を未来のことのように考えている

We think of past memories as if they were in the future.

なぜなら、どちらも大切だと思うから

Because I think both are important.

幸せは続くものではない

Happiness does not last

でも、寂しさや辛さは長い時間に感じる

But I feel lonely and bitter for a long time.

だから人は幸せを常に求めている

So people always want happiness

それらは同じ時間なのに。

They're the same time

幸せを求めるのではなく

instead of looking for happiness

「気づくこと」「作ること」

そして日常にある「些細な特別」を感じること

"Noticing," "Making,"

and feeling the "minor special" of everyday life.

これを感じるられることが、私の幸せ

毎日自分は自分だけど

いつも何かに感謝している

I'm always grateful for something.

なぜなら自分が成長できるのは、

それらが全て存在していれているから

Because it is impossible for me to grow without them.

「意識」をしないと忘れてしまうこともある

If i don't "conscious" i may forget.

いつしか「習慣」になり、「当たり前」になる

Because i know it, i become " habit " and " obvious"

当たり前になると「違和感」を感じる

I feel " a veriety of senses " when taken for granted.

少しの違和感でプラスにもマイナスにもなる

Be negativry or positive with a little change.

違和感さえ感じなくなったら

Once i get used to the feeling,

それは「無意識」であり「普通」になる

I become "unconscious " and " life".

どの瞬間も必ず訪れると思うけど

These are things i must experience when i am alive

私は、どんな時でも

それを「特別」だと思っていたい
