Hey, I'm Azzias!

"Johnny!" Ghost calls out in desperation.

Soap's lifeless body falls, blood pooling on the ground.

"Fuck!" Gianna fires back at the enemy, slowly making her way towards the scene. As she nears him, a Konni troop shoots and hit her on the side of her neck right before being hit by the oncoming train.

She stumbles down right next to him. "Sanchez!" She hears Gaz, but he sounded distant.

Struggling to breathe, Gianna stares at John's lifeless blue eyes. She shakily tries to place her hand on his head.

She feels the softness of his hair, blinks, and suddenly, she was somewhere else.

The wind is so strong it could blow her away. But Gianna knows, for some reason, that her feet are firmly anchored to the ground.

There was so much greenery around her and hills stood tall to her left. She looks the other way and sees a cliff looking over the open ocean, the dawn breaking. And standing near the cliff, there he was dressed in his favorite blue shirt.

"Hey," Gianna says softly.

John turns around and smiles at her, "hey."

"Are you... hurt?"

He looks at her puzzled, "no, why?"

"I thought you... uhm," she stammers. "Nevermind. It's probably nothing." Gianna walks over beside him and looks at the view before them. "I took you for a sunset kind of guy."

He shrugs, "sunrise is better. It's symbolic."

"The calm before the storm," she whispers, realizing what was happening. "We've got five minutes."

"That's a lot of time," he says calmly.

Gianna tries to control her sob, "not long enough." She looks at him with tearful eyes.

John turns to her, "are you alright?"

"No, I'm not."

"What's wrong?"

"I'm scared, John."

"Scared of what?"

"Of waking up..." she cries harder. "I'm scared that this is all a dream."

John pulls in Gianna for a hug and she hugs him tighter, feeling his entire being. She clutches his shirt, taking in his scent, and rested her head fully on his chest. But she couldn't hear his heart beat anymore.

"This isn't a dream," he reassures her. "You're with me, see? I'm real. This is real. You're not gonna wake up."

Suddenly, Gianna's eyes fly open. She looks around and realize she's in a hospital.

The door opens and Simon steps in. His shoulders relaxed to find her awake, but his eyes looks tired and empty. Gianna grows nervous.

Carefully, she asked, "where is he?"

Simon takes a long moment to answer. His voice breaks, "he's gone."

Then, like a broken dam, tears fall from Gianna's eyes endlessly, every sob harder and louder than the last.

Simon doesn't say anything. He walks closer and takes a seat by her hospital bed.

Together, they mourn the loss of their friend, and her beloved.
