Clank tilted his head and put a curled finger to his chin. “Have… We met before?”

Clank felt a bit puzzled before he realized what the white lombax had been talking about, giggling a bit. “No, Altstadt. That is just a formal way of saying hello to others.” The grey lombax smiled cheerily.

Another lombax pushes himself into the holocommunication, this one looking more like a mis-matched Azimuth. One of his ears seems to be underdeveloped, and the biggest change is the blotch of red spreading from his nose and all around his eyes and muzzle.

"Yeah… I am. Did my brother tell you that?"

It was late at night, and Jade and not-papa were still situated in the basement when he heard the knock. Jolting awake from the sound, the smaller Replica leaps to his feet and down to the front door, opening it for a split second before he throws himself at the figure in a hug.

The Replica is suddenly being pulled forward and they're both tumbling to the ground, his happiness vanishing in an instant. Scrambling back up to a sitting position, he slowly lets go, hands trembling in the air.

"P... p-papa...?"

He sees Alister on the ground, unconscious and still and he's having flashbacks to seeing Jade in the same manner, soaked in blood, barely alive--
