365 days ago, I attempted to end my life. I did not use the resources or people around me and I’m so happy I wasn’t successful because I would have hurt so many people. Thankful for my life. It’s still crazy, I still have my days but I will never let myself get to that point again. I’m truly happy to be here.

This is the first time I’ve checked my social media since the darkest moment in my life. I’m so happy you all cared enough to share posts about me and memories and everything else. I’m so sorry to those who I hurt and I’m grateful I wasn’t successful and I have a second chance. Mental health and depression are real but there are so many different outlets than the one I attempted to take. I vow to never let myself get to that place again. Crying is okay. Venting is okay. Screaming is okay - but reach out. Don’t sit in your thoughts. My absence would’ve effected some of you seriously and I didn’t even consider that. I love you all. And I’m learned to love myself again. I’m in therapy, I’m playing basketball again, I’m doing yoga and I’m praying. I love this life I’m living and I will never take it for granted again. Thank you all for loving me and its gonna be a great year 🧡
