Just a thought here:

Personally I think that SkekTek might actually be the skeksis to possibly live on "forever". (Ignoring his death in the original movie) Because knowing SkekTek's intelligence he can continue to upgrade himself to make him live on. It's already shown that he has done that in the show to replace his eye. So, he can replace multiple body parts with biotic limbs and possibly replace organs with the same.
