Not because I am weak

Sometimes I don’t mind the scars

The way the lines shimmer silver in the sunlight.

Now I’m not saying self harm is beautiful.

But what is beautiful is the strength that it took to allow them to become just that..

You taste like,

Liquid sunshine

Be still,

Most of all,

You have the eyes of a Saint.

And the lips of a Sinner.

You give me one hell of a Kiss,

That sends me straight to Heaven.

How beautiful is the heart that bleeds

And like the ocean

I have have the power to cleanse you,

To heal your wounds

I never really liked my name.

Until I heard it roll off your tongue.

Like a language of its own

You make it sound so beautiful,

You can find strength in the simplest of tasks.

like getting out of bed in the morning, or even having a hot cup of tea to drink.

You see, we are all fighting a battle, a battle not many can see. It’s like an invisible war between your heart and soul.

and though your soul may feel weakend and your heart shattered.
