The Grand Illusion

Like a child at the cinema, we get caught up in the illusion. From this comes all of our vanity, ambition, and insecurity. We fall in love with the illusions we have created. It’s like wearing a mask and proudly thinking that the mask is really you.

To offer no resistance to life is to be in a state of grace, ease and lightness. This state is then no longer dependent upon things being in a certain way, good or bad.

At times when things get overwhelming, just look to the clouds as they build up with moisture until eventually they release all the rain to embrace the earth There is nothing more healing or that naturally cleanses debris from the soul, then to have tears when needed

Life isn’t about becoming more or better but about realizing the truth of who you already are.
