Those mcr fans scare me. I say this as an mcr fan but like why are yall so scary. Why do you only see Catholicism as inherently erotic. Why do you infantilize every fucking member of the band. It’s art. PLEASE be normal adjacent about them 😭

As someone who started listening to mcr at 13 (currently in my 20's), even back then I felt weirded out by the constant infantilization of these grown ass men who now have children and families. I know fandom culture as a whole isn't perfect but people should at least try to be considerate. It's this kind of behavior that makes me not want to wear merch/ go to events and such because I don't want to be associated with that kind of crowd.

Really takes some good fucking writing to watch a man with those cheekbones and that nose in a lil suit covered in blood and being pathetically tossed around for 20 minutes on my screen and for me to NOT make that the center of every conversation.
