What am I to do when all I want is you , when every

fucking thought is intoxicated with your presence.

These memories and associations I’ve attributed to

only you ... am I to just forget them , leave them

smoldering in the ashes ? What have you done with

these left over pieces , you claim to care but I fail to

see the stain. You move on with such ease and

minimal hesitation , while I’m still stuck on our

previous conversation. I have scars freshly healed-

over from ways I’ve opened up , yet there is no

repercussion or cost for the way you left me bleeding

from your last deep cut. I feel like a damn fool for

believing all of your words , for giving you honesty

escape from all of the pain and heartache ? You left
