I finally found an excuse to sit down and type a blog post. Apparently, you should all be thanking the blogger behind tivogliokim for tagging me (3 weeks ago #lolwhatissuperlate) to do this. I'm getting tired of apologizing for being so inactive but I always knew that this day would come. The day when I actually don't have the motivation to blog anymore. I've been spending lesser time on Tumblr (heck, I don't even visit this site anymore) and spending more time doing my academics, freelancing, and grabbing opportunities that the universe has to offer. I have no regrets to be honest, but I have to admit that I really miss blogging. So to make up for my month-long absence in the blogging sphere, I'm going to share to you guys 20 facts about me + some life updates that are worth sharing.

Wow, it's been a while, huh? Is blogging still a thing? Because for me, not really. I honestly don't know what to blog anymore. I feel lost......uninspired.

It took me about an hour to figure out what to write in this post. I kept on typing various stuff but I just ended up erasing them afterwards. I just wanted you guys to know that I'm still alive and everything's going smoothly for me (so far). School's back to haunt me again so don't expect any updates any time soon.

PS, I don't have any decent photos to post so I just used these photos taken by my aunt when she went to Ilocos. Aren't they breathtaking?

Today marks the start of my eighteenth year in this mundane world....happy birthday to me!

Plot twist: My Sunday was actually productive.

I’ve been losing interest in blogging lately and I think that’s because I’m such a lazy ass. And as usual, I’m gonna apologize for that, so I’m sorry for the lack of updates.

In the past week, I discovered my hidden love for ZOMBIES + GUTS! Yay! I blame the Walking Dead for that. I started watching it last week and I’m already in season 4. I am so hooked to this show that even in my sleep, I dream of zombies and guts. (And I kinda like it haha)

I regret watching the Walking Dead just now, probably because I’m so obsessed with Game of Thrones that I actually thought I had enough dose of death and guts. Well, I was wrong. So hooray for The Walking Dead!!! It made its way to the list of my favorite shows ever.

I started re-reading the Harry Potter book series again just because. I’m currently on The Chamber of Secrets and I still have a long way to go.

My mom and I went to the mall yesterday because she had to meet with one of her friends. As for me, I wandered through some stores looking for a hologram backpack. But sadly, I didn’t find any (F21, I am so disappointed in you)

I’m planning to go to Ayala tomorrow after our Shoot UP meeting so I can window shop notebooks and pens for school. I’m thinking Muji and minimalist stuff for this semester. I already had my dose of cute glitter notebooks last year so I’m going minimal for a change.

I’m also gonna continue my hologram backpack search with the hope of actually finding one. Well if not, hello Jansport again.

Which reminds me, today is July 18! I only have one month left of my four month break from school. I just can’t wait for school to start. I miss UP, my friends, and my allowance (hehe).

Lately, I've been feeling a lot of negativity towards people and myself and I hate it. I know that it's wrong to hold grudges against people but I can't help it. And in my defense, it's normal to feel these things, I'm only human after all. (Wait, am I really human? I always thought I was a Vulcan-born creature currently in Starfleet Academy hoping to be assigned in the U.S.S Enterprise. Hah. I wish) Okay Star Trek fantasies aside, I decided to make this post to unload some things off my chest. I had done this before and I thought hey why not do it again? So here are a few not-that-you-guys-even-care rants:

I envy other people my age who get to travel to other places during their summer breaks. They're really lucky because they can afford to travel abroad. Sometimes (most of the time actually) I wish my family can afford to do the same. But sadly we can't. Hopefully that will change soon though.

You have your own car, you have your money (or should I say your parents' money), yes dear, I get it. But you don't need to rub it in everyone else's face. Please brag about it when you already bought your own car with your own money and not your parents'.

Girl, you're beautiful even if you don't show your duck face and cleavage in your photos. I hope you realize that the world doesn't revolve around how many liked your Facebook photo.

Wishing to be Hazel Grace despite having cancer just to fall in love with a boy similar to Augustus Waters is pure madness. Girl, please don't be stupid. I hope you see how lucky you are for being healthy and wishing to have cancer for romance is really really really stupid. Why don't you focus on your studies and wish for good grades instead?

I don't why but I find people (most especially high school girls) who post "Happy monthsary baby! 1 month down, forever to go! <3" annoying. This is one of the reasons why I hate logging on Facebook.

Having to spend my remaining weeks of break at home is so boring. How I wish I get to go out more but I don't have the money to do so. Yes, my life is so darn sad.

I hate myself for constantly comparing myself to other people. I can't help to always feel insecure. I know it's not healthy but let's be honest here, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who feels inferior about his/herself. During my break, my confidence slowly disappeared (probably because I'm always at home). I hope I gain it back once school starts.

I know money isn't everything but it wouldn't hurt to have tons of it.
