Not to do a ventpost but growing up as an autistic queer boy you weird out a lot of people and friendships seem to get really amazing and the other person gets weirded out and grows distant. I saw myself in Avey when I saw myself in no living man on the planet up until that point so him with what he writes about have been so important to me. There were rumors going around well known rumors that basically yeah he wrote flesh canoe about Noah he was growing attached but in the weird way I used to I have no way to say it other than how Avey did calling it the "sick side of love" like the side that hurts and shit so you can tell that meant a lot to him and it all burst in what Avey called a "confused confessional" that soon after saw Panda LEAVE THE UNITED STATES SO QUICKLY HE COULDNT GET HIS INSTRUMENTS OUT BUT HE SAID FUCK IT IM GOING TO CREATE A WHOLE NEW TYPE OF SHIT ON SANPLERS INSTEAD. Anyway this seemed to get Avey a little he started to write a tiny bit more sensitive sometimes but that also might have to do with his wife but. This all converged for me when I heard BROS 2005 LONDON man....... I was not the same I had never heard the song but listened with the context of everything I just said because it was Jan 2005 RIGHT AFTER THE CONFUSED CONFESSION HAD HIM LEAVE THE US THIS WAS HIS FIRST SONG. it sounded like every straight man talking to me in this kind of condescending attitude that showed no love or at least what is your problem you just messed things up energy. I cried so hard thinking of the exact context and moment that must have happened maybe maybe not but then.... THE FUCKING STREETFLASH SCREAM RANG OUT THROUGH THE ROOM !!!!!!!!! 😭🙀😿😭🙀 LISTEN ITS REALLY FROM THIS!!!!!!

That actually made me sick when I heard that scream because I knew how much it meant in street flash with being depressed and the feeling the scream cry gave it was like this silent yet ripping your gut out your chest like staying silent but your chest being emptied out thats what it feels like with depression and with this new context. I was crying I felt sick. I might just be painting the song with very close correct dates but coloring my own experiences idk their lives but given all the rumors about the timeless of all events this bros song was like a knife in the stomach and twisting it around the Avey took that knife where it entered and he dug around more in his abdomen to make streeflash.
