âNah, you could be. It comes with practice. You think I was always this plucky?â Not counting the fact Gaige cut off her own arm, there had been times where she wished she couldâve gone back home and forgotten about Pandora. But warrants were a hard hurdle to get over. âYouâre not wanted by the cops, far as either of us know, which means youâd have an easier time getting around the galaxy than I would. Youâd be good at keeping ships fixed. And if push comes to shove, maybe you donât gotta kill people to hunt vaults.â With a wide grin, she held up her ECHO for Avery to see the rough sketch of some kind of device that looked vaguely like a potato gun, but with wrenches coming out of the end. âWhaddya think?â
Avery had never considered it before, that there were other ways to hunt the vaults. But did keeping ships fixed count? Not that she didnât mind being a helping hand, but it didnât feel like the same thing.
She squinted at the drawing, trading in her shock momentarily for a look of perplexity.Â
â... What is it? Looks like you could probably kill someone with it. But I guess you could kills someone with just about anything if you know what youâre doinâ. What am I lookinâ at?â
