#badtober 2025 #i visited my friend in germany recently and this is basically a drawing of when we were in the car otw to his place from the airport #his best friend drove him there to pick me up and then drove us back #he had a gary the snail plush in the backseat and he said its his passenger princess because he cant drive alone #my friend is the one in the passenger front seat and is yapping about his new iphone 17 #its like 7 inches (haha you know what else is 7 in- *i am shot before i finish*)

#brawl stars #brawl stars fanart #brawl stars art #brawl stars fang #god. theres more lore than there needs to be behind this drawing.#for one: i made 3 separate drawings for the contest (or i started 3 anyway) and this was the third which i settled on as my entry #it (obviously) came out the best. i like a lot of it! but theres also parts i dont like as much (ie. the dragon) bc i admittedly-#-put in less effort & attention to those parts #which is because two: some fucking INSANE relationship drama went down in my personal life midway through me drawing this #like. i wanted to complete this & win the contest for a specific person i liked and then i found out they were lying to both me & another-#-person who they hurt even worse. so when i found that stuff out i just lost all motivation to win #i finished this piece purely so i could have smth to be proud of but. Yeah i dunno #i think its Okay. fanguard is easily my favourite part & i think its the best part too. the glitch effect turned out amazing #i rlly like the rendering on furious too - specifically his skin since its my first time rendering shadows with greys #i like how i rendered fans's hair but not the rest bc i didnt rlly put much effort into his body or face (u can tell)#i couldnt rlly think of a bg. the dragon was an after thought and so was the gradient at the top which was rlly js to fill the space #the text is okay. i wish i had a better font but i already knew press start so i js used it bc i cba to find another better digital/retro-#-type font. the quote was an early idea though and im glad i stuck with it #beyond that.. not much to say. i still hope i win the contest just for the reward ($100!) but.. well im not particularly bothered about it #i wanted to use it to buy someone dinner and now i probably wont ever get that chance. not sure what id do with it now
