Update!

it’s been going pretty well, my head does hurt a bit, but it might be because of the weather! Unfortunately I drank ice tea mostly so it practically broke my fast I started drinking only water now! When I started I was 90.6kg (199.74 lbs) and now I am 87.3kg (192.46 lbs) ??? It’s water weight :)

I’ll update yall when the whole fast is over. I will eat 2 eggs (in the pan) made without any oil so that would be around 200kcal then I’ll start 18-25h fasts daily! For the next week I want to do two 40h fasts breaking them with max 400kcal also maybe a 65h fast? Who knows.
