Help me get my mother to SeaCon! My mother is a math/science teacher, teaching grades 5 through 8.  She works very hard, and most of her money goes towards paying bills and paying for family needs. Her work keeps her very busy, making it difficult for her to find time to travel. She recently graduated from Antioch University with her Masters degree in Education, something she worked for over a decade to achieve. My mother has also supported me my entire life – through the ups and downs of my acting career to staying up with me all night long when I went through reactive depression earlier this year. She also loves Supernatural and has taken the words of the cast members into her classroom. Handmade posters with #AlwaysKeepFighting and #YouAreNotAlone hang on the walls, in sight of all 100+ students that travel into her classroom every single day. She has become better with observing her student’s mental behavior and has helped several of her older students that have depression, anxiety, and several other mental health disorders get the help they need. She has helped to create a program within the school that aids students with learning disabilities, along with several children that are on the autism spectrum. Getting my mom to SeaCon to meet the very people she is inspired by means the world to me. Unfortunately, working in community theater and going to college means that my funds are extremely limited. The Supernatural Family has helped me in so many ways, from helping me apply to NYU Tisch to getting my dad to meet Julian Richings and Rob Benedict. I am saving up for plane tickets, but I need to raise $2,000 dollars for tickets to the convention and a hotel for the weekend. Admission tickets - $1,100 Photo ops - $420 Hotel - $480 I am hoping to give this gift to my mom on Valentines Day 2017. To everyone who donates – I love you so much and I am eternally grateful!
