Can’t believe this day has actually arrived. I’ve been in denial about it for years but damn I never expected it to suck this much. I don’t know how to explain someone as talented, loyal and amazing as Steven Gerrard. He is an amazing role model and has been since I first started supporting Liverpool 9 years ago when some random brown haired guy scored a screamer of a goal in a big final, oh wait yeah that of course was Stevie. I’ve never known Liverpool FC without Steven Gerrard, it will take a long time to get used to and something I don’t want to do but all good things come to an end. I feel so lucky to have had a chance to see him play at Anfield and will be something I cherish for the rest of my life. Thanks for everything and good luck in the future to the one and only Captain Fantastic, Steven Gerrard. You’ll Never Walk Alone. ❤️
